Trendy/casual is actually not two pretty absolute words in my memory.There is a lot of people who likes to define these two words but everybody got their different opinions.So, Id rather explain these two words as a kind of temporary phenomenon which is being affected by the crowd and times in every moment.When something is quite popular among some people,we might call it”trendy”,but when something is kind not related with population at all,we might call it “casual”. What kind of image do you find most/least appealing? The most appealing kind of image for me got to be the cute animals images.People love puppies,kitties,and other kind of cute animals,and these kind of image is also the most popular one which people would like to use.The least appealing kind of image for me is these kind of images that use dark colors and no absolute items,these images keeps your emotions down but you dont know why. Explain the following words: apprehensive/frustrated. What makes you feel apprehensive/frustrated? These two words are all about some negative emotions of people.The word”apprehensive” is mean that someone feel down and sad ,while the word “frustrated” is mean that someone feel quite angry and unsatisfied.For me,I will feel apprehensive when I am doing bad in my own tasks or when my teacher are not satisfied about my works.And I will feel “frustrated” when I am judged by some other people about who I am or what Ive done,it is pretty obvious that people hate it when they are being judged. Explain the following words: rude/respectful. What really annoys you? These two words words have opposite meanings.”Rude” is when somebody show no respect to you when you do things with them or just talk to them,in the other hand,”respectful” is mean when somebody acts good when they are with you and show the proper respect they supposed to.I will totally be annoyed when somebody show no respect to me,or rude.For example,when somebody is talking to you,he/she never listen to you carefully and tell you to stop,this can be totally “rude” and annoys people. Do you think men are more image-conscious these days than in the past? In nowadays,men are obviously more image-conscious these days than before.As the times goes by,either man or woman all have more experience of reading images.Being exposed to this image-fulled world is also a kind of practice which help people to understand images and get the ability of image- conscious.So,it do gets better. What is “Taboo”? Which are most common taboos in China? Do you have any taboos? “Taboo” is actually something you should not do in some traditions of some specific country or group of people.In china,we have a lot of taboos.For example,I have a memory that people in China should not be outdoors at the first night of Chinese New Year.It is said that the monster of Year is outside to eat people.I dont have much taboos,but I do hate it when people say bad things about me or other people in front of me,I find it pretty offensive. What is “Generation Gap”? Give some examples “Generation Gap”is a kind of awkward situation between young people and older people,”generation gap”can also happen in two people in very close ages.For examples,parents always find it hard to understand what is their kids thinking about when their kids do some young-people routine.And,people who born in the 80s will also find it hard to catch up with younger people who born in the 90s.So,”Generation Gap” is actually a very common situation in all days. Which points do you think parents would consider important/not important in their son or daughters future partner? As parents,they must take serious consideration in their son or daughters future partner.And standing in the situation of being parents,the happiness of their children is obviously the most important thing.So,I think the important point if their son or daughters future partner must be thinkable and warmhearted,but not how rich or famous they would be. Describe an embarrassing situation that you or others have experienced I have a really unforgettable situation which is pretty awkward for me.it is in a morning in my high school year,and in my high school we have a tradition which means every students will get up and do some running in the early morning.That morning i am quite sleepy and unfortunately I fell down in the middle of the runway and my shoes fell off.I have to walk out the run way and wear my shoes in sight of all the students run passed by.How embarrassed it is!
