She never studies,instead,she plays games all day.而instead of “取代,而不是”用在句中,前后结构是对等的.如:He went there to make money instead of to spend money. Things are better instead of worse.Hell go to France instead of Italy. He is ill, but he works hard.* although与though 的区别,although 较正式,多用在句首。以下情况必须用though:表示强调时要用eveen though: Even though he was ill, he kept working. though可以用于倒装句:Young though he is,he can look after himself well.though 可作副词,“然而”放句末或其他位置。I said I could passs it,Ididnt,though.2)until, 作介词,在肯定句中,与延续性动词连用,意为“直到为止”;在否定句中与瞬时性,短暂性动词连用,意为“直到才”如:I will stay here until next Sunday. He didnt come until late in the evening.until, 作连词,意思不变,用来引导时间状语从句。在否定句中这时until可换before如:Please wait here until I come. He did not appear until / before the concert began.3)leave(left) 动词,意为“离开,落下(在)”如:Leave for +地名“离开去(某地)” I am leaving for Beijing tomorrow.Leave sth. +介词短语(地点)“把落在”I left my English book in the library yesterday.4)notanymore “不再”=(nomore)“指程度上或做某事的次数不再增加,多与瞬间性动词连用,如:You wont see him anymore.= You will see him no more.*另外还有no longer=notany longer “时间上不再延长,多与短暂性动词连用”。如:She doesnt live here any longer.=She lives here no longer.但非正式语体中可与前二者互2.根据前边所学知识,独立完成4a,4b.3.读4c的问题,并且给出你的建议。【课堂导学】Step1. 预习成果展示.
