九年级下学期英语备课组工作计划九年级英语备课组工作计划 新的学期又开始了,根据学校对本学期的工作要求,以及上学期工作的经验教训,我们初三年级英语备课组将在学校的指导方针指引下,在教研组的直接领导下,计划具体做好以下方面工作:一、充分利用单周星期三备课组活动时间,组织本组教师积极参与专业知识和教学理论的学习,精心准备每一堂课;备好课是上好课的前提和基础。备课不能只备教材,必须做好六方面的工作:一)备课程大纲 二)备教材 三)备学生 四)备教法 五)备课程资源 六)写教案。其中备学生方面,根据我们学生的特点,必须切实做到面向全体,不放弃任何一个学生。首先,要了解学生的思想表现、情感状态、生活经验等学情。然后,针对不同层次,不同学情的学生,研究如何实施分层教学,满足不同层次学生的需要。备课程资源方面,除了合理有效地使用教科书以外,还应利用好其他课程资源,特别是教研室提供的网络资源、多媒体光盘资料、报刊杂志、自制教具和多媒体课件,使学生尽可能地从不同渠道、以不同形式对初中英语知识进行梳理和归纳。二、 教学后记是本学期教学设计中重点检查项目,并加强教案等教学常规查。在常规教学中,做到统一进度,统一作业,统一命题,统一考察时间,统一阅卷及评分标准,是每次的试卷格式与中考题型要求保持一致;三、安排好备课组内互相听课人员,继续做好互相听课,互相评课工作,取长补短,努力提高自己的教学业务水平; 四、 组织好两次月考,每位老师都要参与出试卷的工作,且认真做好试卷分析工作;五、搜集历年来特别是去年中考英语好的试题,建立中考英语题库;六、认真组织组内成员积极参加各项教研活动,及时了解初三英语新动态,或走出校门向兄弟学校学习取经,不断改进我们的教学思路和方法;七、认真完成学校布置的一切工作,随时接受学校对我组的教案,作业,上课等一系列教学工作的检查和督导。八、做好三月份英语竞赛、四月份的学生口语测试等考试的辅导工作。八、主要工作:1第13周:认真完成新教学内容。2第49周:第一轮复习:以基础知识系统梳理和考纲为主线的纵向复习,每周保证12次的综合训练。每周保证听力训练34次。第四周:复习名词、代词、数词,并适当地做与此有关的练习卷。第五周:冠词、形容词、副词、介词。第六周:连词、动词(包括种类、时态、语态)第七周:句子的种类。第八周:句子的类型。第九周:在复习的基础上,重点加强综合试卷的训练,迎接期中或区模拟考试。第十周:期中考试或区模拟考试及质量分析。第十一十四周:第二轮复习:以学业考试题型和解题指导为主线的横向复习,每周保证12次综合训练。第十一周:重点加强听力、选择。第十二周:阅读、词性转换。第十三周:完形填空、同义词。第十四周:写作、改写句型。第1518周:第三轮复习:综合训练、模拟训练。九、确保优秀率的前提下,加强对期末考试在60分以下的学生训练,有重点地选择一些基础题让这些学生练习,力争人人过关,提高合格率。杭州市长征业余学校英语少科班2005(春)初二 第二讲听力材料及答案I. 听对话回答问题 (10%) 听下面一段对话,回答第1和第2两个小题。现在你有10秒钟的时间阅读这两题。W: Hello, Barbaras Taxis.M: Hello, Duncan here.
