摘 要
本论文设计是对卡簧进行冲压工艺分析和模具设计,通过对制件的材料,结构,尺寸精度分析。本制件选用材料弹簧钢。卡簧总体上下左右对称,厚度为1.0mm, 卡簧为圆形,带有3个缺口,圆孔的直径为20mm。所以卡簧可以采用较简单的复合冲裁模。复合冲裁模采用多工序同时加工,复合冲裁模加工的精度较高且卡簧要求无翘曲无扭曲。所以选择复合模。本论文从凹模开始设计,选择模架,设计凸模,再算其他模具零件尺寸。
先对卡簧的工艺分析,再确定工艺方案。然后对零件图的排样设计,计算材料的利用率以及冲裁板料及条料的利用率。通过分析计算来确定压力机和刃口工作尺寸,然后根据最后实际情况对压力机进行校核。为本次卡簧的cad绘制和成形提供依据。通过分析计算和设计,进行大体方案草图进行绘制,然后完成模具的绘制。
本次设计通过对卡簧的冲压模具设计,加深了我们对所学知识的理解和运用。阐述了模具的设计过程和证明卡簧在实际设计制造中的可行性。

Abstract
The design of this paper is to analyze the stamping process and die design, through the analysis of the material, structure, size precision of the parts. Material spring steel. The overall upper and lower clamping spring is symmetrical, the thickness is 1.0mm, the clamping spring is round, with 3 gaps, the diameter of the circular hole is 20mm. So the clamping spring can be used for a simple compound punching die. The compound punching die adopts multi working procedure at the same time, the processing precision of the compound punching die is higher, and the clamping spring requires no warping and no distortion. So choose compound die. This paper starts from the design, selection of die mold, mould design, then calculate other mold parts size.
First, the card spring technology analysis, and then determine the technical program. Then the layout design of the part drawing, the utilization ratio of the material and the utilization ratio of punching sheet and strip are calculated. Through analysis and calculation to determine the size of the press and the cutting edge, and then according to the actual situation of the final check on the press. To provide the basis for the spring card CAD drawing and forming. Through the analysis of the calculation and design, make the sketch of the general plan to draw, and then complete the drawing of the mold.
This design through to the spring of the stamping die design, deepen our understanding of the knowledge and use of knowledge. This paper describes the design process of the mold and the feasibility of the card spring in the actual design and manufacture.
