A Day Trip out to TianjinName: Class:Date: This small semester we get through a wonderful study time. We get an assignment to tour some interesting tourism attractions. There is a Tianjin girl-Catlin in our dorm, and she recommended us the Italian Style Town. We had wonderful day and took thousands of photos.Firstly , we took the NO.5 bus going to the Italian Style Town which located in Tianjin Xin Yi street.Although the Xin Yi is named after a street, actually it is a small town. The Xin Yi street is also known as the Italian Custom area built in 1902 and finished in 2005, both sides of the streets are decorated with lamp lights and green trees. Besides we had a good walk around and noticed that some of stalls were styled with Memorial Days decorations. It is nice to see that they get into the spirit of ghouls and monsters. Buildings make the Xin Yi street full of Italian aroma. It is also famous for peace shopping, pedestrian street and Tianjin financial road. Here tourists can not only enjoy the Italian style performances and other Italian clothes and handicraft exhibition. Italian Style Town is merged with different cultures. Amily who is a photo-crazier was very like here. We were welcomed by cobble stoned walkways and Italian influenced buildings and food menus. Standing here, we felt we were just in a foreign town. To our excitement, here we found celebrities s residences, characteristic bar, foreign restaurants and western art exhibition. The most famous are Liang Qichaos Yinbin Room, Feng Guozhangs residence,Gao YUs building and Hua Shikuis House. None of us have ever gone the bar, so our roomate Abby was very curious about it and wanted to walk into, but we five stopped her finally. The foreign restaurants come from many different countries such as Thailand, South Korea, Brazil and so on. Here tourists can not only taste the real pizza, Italian noodles and other Italian snacks. All of us was lured by the attractive smell waving from the restaurants. We thought it must be very expensive so have to just draged a hungry stomach continuing our trip. Just walking out of the Italian Style Town, we saw a tall large special morden building whose building style is very different from the Italian town. We went into the entrance seeing a man who wears a clean and tidy suit sitting in the chair . He told us we needed to leave our bags in the case on our left direction . Each of us got a ticket for free named Tianjin Planning Exhibition Hall. He warned us taking photos by mobel phone or camera was forbidden. A long sentence is written on the ticket : Tianjin Planning Exhibition Hall located at No.30, Boai Street, Hebei District and within the well-known Italian Style Town, Tianjin Planning Exhibition Hall has a construction area of 15,000 square meters, among which 10,000 square meters are the exhibition areas.Its very awesome. We think its a good place to rest . The hall is magnificent and very cool due to the air conditions comparing the hot weather outside. Of course its far more than a place to rest for us. We noticed there are altogether four floors in the exhibition hall. A commentator were serving about twelve old people we guessed they are may be retired government agents, then we followed them got some information: The exhibition areas start from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor, including sixteen exhibition areas. On the 1st floor are the exhibition areas of history, master plan, transportation and publicity as well as the scale model of the central area. It is very amagining . We saw a morden and high development city . None of our homtowns could match with this city Tianjin.On the 2nd floor are the exhibition areas of Binhai New Area, Haihe River, the historic city preservation, tourism as well as Haihe River Tour movie hall. as we all know, Binhai is a new and morden district with a lot of high technology company. We all wish we coud have some opportunities to have a tour about there. Haihe River, all of us have seen it when we walked out of Tianjin train station, the time when we began to know the name of Haihe was from a kind of milk . On the 3rd floor are the exhibition areas of housing and public facilities, eco-city, environment renovation, key regions, districts and counties, public interactivity as well as Tianjin Image movie hall. On the 4th floor is office area. Tianjins history, present and future are fully displayed by means of traditional ways such as model and exhibition board and a rich variety of high-tech ways such as laser imaging, electronic book and multimedia system. We learned a lot of interesting storys about Tianjin.Furthermore, the exhibition hall enables the visitors to participate in public interactivity by means of digital multimedia exhibition area, dynamic movie hall, and interactive games and so on. With its expertise, interactivity, enjoyment and artistry, the exhibition hall also helps the visitors get to know planning, comprehend planning and participate in planning at ease. Some of us had a try to ride the bicycle putting in front of the digital screen, it could creat a surprising feelings because mass of pictures were appearing on your eyes.Another big screen have a question and give three choices , while on the floor there are three big buttons stand for A,B,C . Our roomate Ruth found a nice touching television which we could see every districts map. Of course ,we would look for our college Hebei University Of Technology and we got it at last . Just when we were going to leave we heard the commentator say: People often say the city planning is just like the engine of the train to push the city to develop while the city planning exhibition hall is the compartment of the train to carry passages across times to the trip of the city development. We believe Tianjin will be better and better, China will be better and better. the future must more beautiful than we can imagine. The next place which we were going made all of us crazy - The Golden Street (Binjiang road) one of the busy business street in Tianjin, the road is 2094 meters long which begins from Zhang Zizhong Road along with Haihe river to the southwest Nanjing road. Catlin introduced the origin of this road to us: In the late 19th with the development of commerce,for instance bazaar, chinese and foreign merchants gathered together in this Golden Street, the road became more and more prosperous untill todays appearence as we can see. It is famous for another name Shopping Heaven due to it concentrates thousands of markets and shopping malls where people could find all famous brands clothes throughout the world inculding ZARA, L&V, KAMA, Dior, Nike, Adidas and so on. More fashion elements have been added into this place. We can see mess of people consist of several foreigners with all kinds of shopping bags shoulder to shoulder walking on here. You can not imagine how many people were here exactly, a good illustration is we must stand in a long line to wait for useing the fitting room. Each store plays some loud and harsh music making us feel dizzy. We busily walked out of this store and then walked into another buying a lot of beautiful clothes and souvenirs . We were dizzled by the gaiety and splendour of the road. Having wended for a long way, we six really need a reataurant to fill the belly. While the Mcdonald was the best choice with delicious fast food loved by people and cool air. After the meal, we visited the Xi Kai church. As all of us are English majors, we hold some special emotions about the church. On the class, pr
