贵州大学本科毕业论文 第II页摘要和谐社会的内涵要求我们在人与人、人与社会、人与自然之间都能达到一种和谐相处的境地。基于此，在现阶段的中国，农民工作为一个新涌现的群体，在社会管理领域还存在诸多损害农民工权益的制度性问题，影响了农民工转化为稳定的产业工人和城市市民。那么，如何规范其权益保障，并最终实现农民工融入到整个城市社会当中，这对于我们和谐社会的构建意义是巨大的。换句话说：在二元体制下农民工与城市在实质上是陌生的，虽然他们贡献了城市经济的繁荣，自己却处于被剥夺的地位，这种不调和的状态是无助于城市稳定发展的，只有他们在教育，医疗，社保等方面和城市人享有等同的权利，在政治，文化上积极参与，自我发展，和谐才能恢复其应有之意。关键词：农民工 和谐社会 城市社会 融合 二元体制The inclusion between peasant labover and city social udder harmonious society visual fieldABSTRACTThe harmonious societys connotation requests us to achieve a kind of happiness and peace in the relashionship between human and the human, the human and the society, the human and the nature. Based on this, in present stage ,China, the peasant laborer takes a new emergence as a community. However,the society exists many institutional problems that does harm to the peasant laborers rights and interests in the social management field, affects the peasant laborer to transform as the stable industrial worker and the urban resident. Then, how to regular its rights and interests safeguard, and realize the dream that the peasant laborers integrate finally to the entire urban society, which has a significant effect in our harmonious societys construction . In other words: under the dual system the peasant laborer and the city in materially are strange, although they have contributed urban economy prosperous, they themselves are actually under the situation of exploitation, this not well distributed condition is no use to the urban steady progression, only the society has the same rights in the aspect of education, medical service and society ,of course,they take activities posotively ,develop themselves actively in politics and culture.
