harbin institute of technology 哈尔滨工业大学管理学硕士学位论文 i 摘 要 以基因工程、细胞工程、酶工程、发酵工程为代表的现代生物技术近 20 年 来发展迅猛，目前，60%以上的生物技术成果集中应用于医药工业，用以开发特 色新药或对传统医药进行改良。因此，本文选择生物制药行业作为研究对象，探 索适合生物制药企业价值评估的方法，为生物制药企业价值管理提供决策的依 据，从而实现企业价值最大化的目标。 基于企业价值链分析和企业价值评估的相关理论、方法，结合生物制药企业 员工素质较高、无形资产较多、项目研发周期较长、研发范围受限、企业收益不 稳定的特点及其价值评估的特殊性，按照指标体系设计的一定原则，沿价值链来 甄别生物制药企业的关键价值驱动因素。结合内部后勤、生产经营、外部后勤、 市场营销、企业基础设施、人力资源管理和技术开发等方面构建生物制药企业价 值综合评估的指标体系。利用相关性分析，验证已确定的关键价值驱动因素指标 与企业价值之间存在相互影响关系， 并对价值影响因素对企业价值影响的强弱程 度进行排序分析。使用网络分析法（analytic network process, anp）的原理，建 立了 anp 模型的指标体系和网络结构；根据各价值影响因素的重要度建立判断 矩阵，并运用 super decision（sd）软件计算加权超矩阵和极限矩阵得出各元素 的优先度，从而建立起基于 anp 模型的生物制药企业价值综合评估模型，并以 45 家生物制药上市公司为评估对象，运用基于 anp 模型的生物制药企业价值综 合评估模型对样本公司的企业价值进行评估排序。结果表明：本文基于价值链分 析构建生物制药企业价值评估指标体系，基于 anp 模型对生物制药企业进行综 合价值评估所得到的结果具有较强的科学性、客观性和可靠性。最后，通过对实 证分析结果的思考，指出研究的局限性和未来的研究方向，为生物制药企业实现 企业价值最大化目标、 探索生物制药企业价值评估的新方法提供了实证分析的依 据。 关键词：生物制药企业；企业价值评估；价值链分析 哈尔滨工业大学管理学硕士学位论文 ii abstract modern biotechnology, represented
