“高校校园体育精神文化是指在高校中广大师生员工长时间创造的特定的精神财 富与文化氛围， 是高校校园体育文化建设的灵魂和核心， 包括体育思想观念、 体育目标、 体育精神理念、体育道德、体育知识和体育风尚等方面 1” 。 高校校园体育精神文化的 建设一方面对大学生会产生积极的、健康的引导和促进作用，能够有力的促进大学生的 健康成长和成才；另一方面能够推动素质教育的良性发展，对促使大学生积极主动的接 受体育思想，继承和发扬健身文化，对于高校校园体育精神文化氛围的创建与终身体育 观念的建构并造就社会主义高素质的人才队伍至关重要。 本文以山东师范大学、山东大学、中国石油大学、山东科技大学、山东农业大学和 滨州学院、菏泽学院、济宁学院、东营职业学院、枣庄学院共十所高校的在校大学生、 体育教师、主管体育领导为调查对象。通过采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、 数理统计法、逻辑分析等方法，从体育思想观念、体育目标、体育精神理念、体育道德、 体育知识、 体育风尚六个方面对山东省高校校园体育精神文化建设的现状进行了调查与 分析，在此基础上提出加强高校校园体育精神文化建设相关的对策和建议。本文在研究 体育课程对高校校园体育精神文化建设影响的同时， 将高水平运动队对山东省高校校园 体育精神文化建设的影响也列入其中。研究结果表明： 1、山东省高校的大多数大学生在体育思想观念表现较好，总体看来大学生的体育思想 观念是正确、合理的，当然也存在一定的问题，大学生的体育思想观念仍然处于肤浅和 保守的层面上，不能更深层次的理解体育运动对人类自身产生的积极影响，因此山东省 的在校大学生的体育思想观念仍然具有一定程度的差异尚需完善与进步。 2、山东省大部分的高校在体育目标的制定方面还未形成制度化，即使已经制定了有关 体育目标方面的制度规定，但是从现实情况来看，这些制度在真正执行时却没有落到实 处，并且制定的高校校园体育规划也不能够完全符合学校的实际情况，这样的矛盾使得 山东省各高校在实际执行既定的体育制度时问题很多、困难不断。 3、山东省高校的绝大部分大学生具有良好的体育精神，能够在参与体育运动时尊重对 手、遵守体育规则并自觉的服从裁判的指挥和领导，而且表现出了良好的拼搏进取、不 断竞争、团结协作、遵纪守法、爱国爱校、挑战自我和追求终身体育等体育精神，但是 大学生在体育运动中缺乏应有的创新意识、创新能力和创新精神，在这些方面有待进一 步的提高。 山东师范大学硕士学位论文 ii 4、山东省高校的大多数在校大学生在体育道德方面表现出了良好的素质和品质，通过 对山东省各高校的在校大学生在参与体育运动或者是参加体育竞赛时的调查认为他们 都能够本着公平竞争的原则，而且还表现出了在团体竞争中保持良好的集体主义品质。 通过调查发现，山东省高校大学生并没有以功利主义的动机去参加体育运动或体育竞 赛，而是从自身的体质增强和调节情绪的角度出发来参与体育运动和体育竞赛，当然有 可能所调查的大学生为了避免自身受到干扰而采取了回避的态度， 但是从总体来看山东 省大学生在参与体育运动时确实是本着公平竞争的原则而进行的。 另外从调查中我们看 到山东省高校大学生在体育运动中体育道德方面也存在着诸如缺乏集体责任感、 组织纪 律性较差等问题。 5、山东省高校的体育教师传授的体育知识类型更多的是体育技术、技能类，并且传授 方式单一，仅通过体育课向大学生传授体育知识。大学生所喜欢和需要的体育知识类型 比较丰富多彩，娱乐健身类和体育规则类等是体育教学过程中所缺少的，不能够满足大 学生的实际需要。 6、山东省高校的大学生还没有形成积极主动的参与体育运动的习惯，自主参与体育运 动的心态还未得到有效的调动，表明山东省高校的体育风尚还不具有稳定性和持久性， 有待进一步的稳固和普及。 7、高校校园体育精神文化的健康和积极发展十分的需要高校校园体育物质文化和体育 制度文化建设的支持和促进作用， 跟高校校园体育物质文化和体育制度文化建设是息息 相关而不能相脱离的，高校校园体育精神文化不可能、也不会脱离高校校园体育物质文 化和高校校园体育制度文化而单独发展， 离开了高校校园体育物质文化和高校校园体育 制度文化， 高校校园体育精神文化的建设就会陷入十分窘迫的境地成为空中楼阁而得不 到一丝一毫的发展与进步。 因此在对山东省高校校园体育精神文化的调查与分析的同时 必须要把山东省高校校园体育物质文化和山东省高校校园体育制度文化也纳入到调查、 分析、统计的过程之中，以系统和整体的观点准确了解并认清山东省高校校园体育精神 文化的建设的实际现状，并通过调查山东省各高校校园体育物质文化、体育精神文化和 体育制度文化各自存在的问题， 才能够更好的促进山东省高校校园体育精神文化的发展 并有力的支持山东省高校的良性、健康发展。通过实际调查发现当前存在多方面、多层 次的因素制约、束缚着山东省高校校园体育精神文化的建设与发展进步，其中影响最大 的是高校的体育设施、设备不完善，学校领导对高校开展体育运动的认识不足、大学生 日益下降的的体育素质、过重的学业负担、比较差的体育健康意识等因素。 山东师范大学硕士学位论文 iii 根据通过调查发现的山东省高校校园体育精神文化建设存在的各种问题， 提出以下 的建议： 1、山东省高校要更加注重培养在校大学生的终身体育意识和终身体育观念，积极推动 山东省各高校的学校体育的开展与发展，而且也要与时俱进，寻求与社会体育的有机结 合， 通过学校自身的努力和与校外体育机构的联系不断改善并提高高校校园的体育精神 文化环境的建设现状， 使大学生通过参与体育运动和体育竞赛等形式能够改变并突破传 统的体育思想观念，从更深、更高的层面上的建立优秀的体育思想观念。 2、完善山东省高校体育管理制度，各高校要从自身实际情况出发制定符合实际的、积 极有效的高校校园体育文化建设的打算与计划，建立、健全高校促进体育运动顺利开展 的规章制度，并保证规章制度的严格实施和有效运行，使山东省高校的体育工作得以顺 利的开展。 3、山东省高校要不断宣传和弘扬服从裁判、遵守体育规则、尊重对手、拼搏进取等体 育精神，从实际出发进一步使大学生的体育精神理念得到一定的提高与进步；对于大学 生在体育运动中的创新意识、创新精神和创新能力缺乏的现状，各高校要努力践行并打 造一种良好的、健康的、积极的创新文化的氛围，通过开设创新课程、开展创新大比拼 等活动，有力的促进大学生的体育创新精神的提高。 4、山东省高校要通过有计划的开办体育报纸、宣扬体育标语、通过校园新闻广播宣扬 公平竞争的原则、良好的组织纪律性和责任感，并且在日常的体育教学和课外体育活动 中不断强化正确的体育道德行为，避免功利主义思想的侵蚀。 5、山东省高校的体育教师要自觉加强学习与进修以促使自身的工作能力、业务素质以 及职业道德水平和思想观念的不断进步与提升，与时俱进，不断构建自己合理完善的知 识结构与能力结构， 使自己的体育理论知识和实践运动技术不断满足学生日益增长和多 样化的需求并紧跟时代的发展潮流以适应社会的多元化发展的要求。 在体育教育教学过 程中要改变传授体育知识类型缺乏、传授方式单一的现状，提高娱乐健身类和体育规则 类的体育知识在教学中的比重，不断的变换各种新的形式、通过各种现代化的传播手段 等措施满足大学生对日益丰富多彩的体育知识的实际需求。 6、山东省高校体育教师要通过不断的学习和阅读以及锻炼不断提高自身的业务素质、 能力素养和自身优良的修养并以身作则的带动大学生参与体育运动或体育竞赛； 山东省 各高校要通过举行各种形式的体育活动和宣传活动活跃自身的校园生活的精神氛围， 使 大学校园充满生机活力并通过不断实践和努力以形成、健康的、良好的、方向正确的体 山东师范大学硕士学位论文 iv 育风尚以有力的促进山东省高校在校大学生的健康成长和高校校园文化环境的和谐发 展与进步。 7、山东省高校要多方筹措资金加大对校园基础设施的投入与建设，特别重视校园体育 物质文化的构建为高校校园体育精神文化的顺利、 积极的建设提供一个优良的基础和坚 实的奠基，如：加强体育场馆、体育设施和场地的建设和管理，并合理利用学校现有的 场地设施，以更好地发挥校园体育物质文化的作用；从高校校园体育制度的层面上通过 制定相关的体育制度、体育规章以及计划等保证山东省高校校园体育精神文化的顺利、 积极的发展。此外，还要提高山东省对高校各级党政领导尤其是主管体育的领导加强其 对学校体育工作重要性的认识和指导作用并采取实际有效的措施改变当前大学生日益 下降的、不容乐观的体质状况，通过制定相关的制度规范以及各种有效的途径培养大学 生的体育健康意识和观念并切实减轻大学生的课业负担等。 为了更好的发挥校园体育精 神文化对高校良性发展的促进作用，要综合以上各种因素，以系统性和整体性的观点搞 好山东省高校校园体育精神文化的建设。更重要的是，通过对山东省高校校园体育精神 文化的调查与分析的七个方面的比较可以发现， 山东省高校应该努力提高本校的办学质 量和经济实力， 努力争取组建各种项目的高水平运动队以带动学校良好的体育氛围的兴 起并促进在校大学生能够自觉参与体育运动的积极性， 不断提高学校体育运动的水平和 在校大学生的体育健康水平，营造良好的高校校园文化氛围，为建设优良的高校校园体 育精神文化提供强大的支持和动力。 关键词：山东省；高校校园体育精神文化；建设现状 分类号：g842 山东师范大学硕士学位论文 v the investigation and analysis on the current situation of the campus sports spiritual culture construction in the university of shandong province abstract the campus sports spiritual culture refers to the specific spiritual wealth and cultural atmosphere created by the teachers and students in colleges and universities for a long time, is the soul and the core of the construction of campus sports culture, including sports thought idea, the sports goal, sports spirit concept, sports ethics, sports knowledge and sports fashion, etc. the construction of the campus sports spiritual culture can play a positive and healthy guide and promote role for students. on the other hand, it is important to promote the positive development of quality education effectively , contribute to the college students active accept sports thought, inherit and carry forward the fitness culture, create a healthy college campus sports spiritual culture atmosphere, enhance the lifelong physical education concept and create the high-quality talent. in this paper, with shandong normal university, shandong university, china university of petroleum, shandong university of science and technology, shandong agricultural university and binzhou college, heze college, jining college, dongying vocational college, zaozhuang college, a total of ten universities university students, pe teachers, leadership in charge of sports as investigation object. through the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other methods, from sports ideology, sports goal, sports spirit concept , sports ethics, sports knowledge, sports fashion, a total of six aspects for the investigation and analysis of campus sports spiritual cultural construction status in universities of shandong province, on this basis, put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen campus spiritual culture construction .based on the study of the physical education curriculum influence on campus sports spiritual cultural construction, at the same time ,the high level sports team influence in colleges and universities of shandong province on campus sports cultural construction are also included. the results of the study show that: 1, most of students sports concept in colleges and universities in shandong province is correct, but there are also some problems that college students pe ideology is still superficial and conservative. they cant understand the sports positive influence on human itself, 山东师范大学硕士学位论文 vi therefore, university students sports idea in shandong province still has some differences and still needs improvement and progress. 2, most of the colleges and universities in shandong province has not form a system of setting sports goal, even if have the relevant regulations, the implementation of the regulations often sell at a discount. college campus sports programming can not completely consistent with the actual situation of the school, and because of the contradiction there are many difficulties constantly in the actual implementation of established sports system in colleges and universities of shandong province. 3,most of the students in colleges and universities of shandong province has good sports spirit, can respect the opponent, abide by sports rules and the referees command and leadership when participate in sports ,and show a good hard work ahead, constantly competition, solidarity and cooperation, law-abiding, patriotic love school, challenge themselves and the pursuit of lifelong sports spirit, but students in sport due to the lack of innovative consciousness, innovative ability and innovative spirit, need to be further improved in these aspects. 4, most of the students in colleges and universities of shandong province in sports, to be fair competition, have stronger organizational discipline and a certain sense of responsibility, and show the good qualities of collectivism. college students in shandong province in sports hasnt shown the motivation of utilitarianism, they participate in the sports to enhance their physical fitness and regulate emotion, certainly, some students investigated maybe adopt an evasive attitude in order to avoid interference. from the survey, we see college students of shandong province take part in sports in the principle of fair competition, but they still have a lack of sense of responsibility and discipline. 5, physical education teachers in university of shandong province impart knowledge of physical education is more of physical techniques, skills , and teaching way is single, only through the physical education to impart college students physical knowledge. college students enjoy and need sports knowledge comparison of rich and colorful, entertainment and sports fitness classes and rules of sports is lack in the teaching process, it can not meet the needs of the college students. 6, college students of shandong province have not form the habit of active participation in sports, independent participation in sports mentality is not effectively aroused, it is indicated sports fashion has no stable and system culture construction to support and promote. in this survey, campus sports material culture and the sports system culture are included to understand the actual situation of the campus sports cultural construction accurately. through actual investigation, we found the current existence of multifaceted, multi-level factors tied with shandong province university campus sports cultural construction and development, the main factors is the university s sports facilities or equipment isnt perfect, school leaderships awareness on sports s is poor, college students physical quality is declining, heavy academic burden, poor physical health consciousness .etc. according to these existing problems found in the survey, putting forward the following suggestions: 1, colleges and universities of shandong province should pay more attention to the undergraduates consciousness and concept of lifelong physical education, promote the development of school sports，seek the combination with social sports to keep pace with the times. through their own efforts and the communication with extracurricular sports organization, improve the situation of campus sports spiritual culture environment construction, make students change and break through the traditional sports idea by participation in sports, sports competitions and other forms to from a deeper, higher level of excellent sports ideas. 2, perfecting sports management regulations in university of shandong province. colleges and universities make practical, effective campus sports culture construction plan according to their own actual conditions. establish and perfect the regulations for promoting the development of sports, and ensure that the regulations were implied strictly and operated effectively for college sports work to be carried out smoothly in shandong province. 3, colleges and universities of shandong province should publicize the sports spirit constantly, obey the referee, comply with the rules, respect for opponents, sports and enterprising spirit, in order to improve students sports spiritual concept actually. in view of the current situation college students are lack of
