摘要 古典小说红楼梦是悠久灿烂的中华文化的杰出代表作品之一。因红楼梦中 含有多种文学体裁，如诗词曲赋等，所以它也堪称是一部“文备众体”之作。红楼梦 继承和发展了中国古典小说的创作特色，运用诗词曲赋等体裁来突出主题、刻画人物性 格或暗示人物的命运。红楼梦中的诗词主要集中在前8 0 回，共有1 9 0 余首。诗词不 仅形象地刻画了人物的精神面貌和性格特征、还能揭示人物的生活遭遇和结局，而且成功 地丰富和渲染了作品的主题。由于红楼梦的阔大和本论文的篇幅所限，本文只能 选取红楼梦第五回中的诗词作为研究对象，窥斑见豹；以霍译本作为资料基础，利 用接受美学的方法对其进行研究，以期起到抛砖引玉的作用。 接受美学可用在文学研究中，对文学理论和文学史的研究方法的变革起到了重要作 用，其主要特点就是把读者作为文学研究的主要对象。接受美学的主要观点是开放性和 不确定性，这也是文学文本的本质特征。读者是文学作品意义的建构者，是文学作品本 身的一个组成部分。诗歌翻译的成败取决于读者能否感受到诗歌译文的美，是否能够认 同诗歌译文的美。只有诗词的美以目标语读者可接受可认同的形式出现，才能激发读者 在阅读中的主观能动性，并且使读者能感受到与阅读原文相近的审美效果。同时接受美 学坚持文学主体性的建构，这也为文学翻译提供了新的方法论基础。接受美学的重要概 念包括“召唤结构”、“期待视野 和“读者接受等，这些概念使人们开始以新的 角度来看待文学翻译。在接受理论的引导下，文学翻译是一个“文本一读者 、“作者一 译者不断循环的双向交流过程。 本文共有五部分。在i n t r o d u c t i o n 中，简单介绍了红楼梦、理论框架，以及文献 综述等。第一章介绍了接受美学理论的重要概念召唤结构并用此来分析红楼梦中第五章
