中文摘要 摘要 法律英语是指英国、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰、南非等国家的法律 语言，因考虑英国英语和美式英语的差别，本文语料主要来自北美。语言是交际 的桥梁，法律是通过语言来订立和公布的。而不同的词汇有着不同的文体作用， 不同的文体又要求用不同的词汇来表达。所以，对于法律英语爱好者，学习法律 英语的学生以及法律工作者，了解和研究法律语言的词汇特点及其文体特制具有 十分重要的意义。然而，国内专门谈论法律英语词汇文体特点的书籍虽然有一些， 但并不多。本文对这个问题进行了进一步的探讨和研究，以现代文体学作为理论 基础，同时从北美地区收集了约1 1 3 ，2 0 0 字的语料，并借助计算机软件及程序对其 进行了比较全面的量化分析。通过与新闻英语l o b a 和b r o w n a ，轮机工程英语m e e 及中国学习者c l e c
