中文摘要 摘要： 1 量1 2 0 0 0 年以来，不仅中国在非洲的利润有了增长，而且两国之间的贸易也成 倍增加。中国作为非洲的一个重大的经济组织在该地区所起到的作用已经充分体 现在贸易、非洲经济不同部分的投资和提供援助上。中国在非洲的国外直接投资 从流量和存量上都有显着增加。这种增加主要是通过扩大中国与非洲的贸易范围， 寻找新的能源，以及提升中国在世界上的国际地位的需求带来的。对非洲的这种 全球性的开放方式也同样反映在塞内加尔。在2 0 0 5 年1 0 月，中华人民共和国和塞 内加尔共和国在官方层面上恢复外交关系。这项新的合作开展之后，中国交易商 和投资者在塞内加尔市场上开始繁荣起来。 在达喀尔塞内加尔的主要城市之一，大概有一千到两千中国人在做小规 模的商业投资和贸易。现在市场上很多产品的价格比以前下降了1 0 。那些塞内加
