分析中国电子工业的优选供应战略 中文摘要 随着全球化和制造外包的增长，中国已经成为世界主要制造生产基地。作为全球供应链的 一部分，中国的电子工业也承受着器益增长压力，其主要来自于全球市场不断加剧的竞争 和企业利润的下降。为了保持竞争优势，制造商也在不断地寻找优化的战略来改进其供应 链。作为著名的管理方式，“精益”管理已经广泛的被电子制造业所采用，并且将其延伸 到上下游供应链。但由于扩展“精益”管理的环境还不成熟，在中国当前薄弱的供应链中， 发展“精益战略到上游供应链还有一些障碍。因此，除非制造商能够对其供应商运用合 适的供应战略，否则制造商自身的“精益”战略也不能得到有效的执行。 在这篇文章中，首先介绍了“精益”管理的发展。通过分析“精益”管理在各种供应链模 型中的应用，我们按照市场、产品以及供应的不同特征得出优化的供应链战略。这些供应
