山东大学硕士学位论文 中文摘要 近年来，英语教学在我国受到越来越广泛的关注，尤其是大学英语教学更是语言 学家及教师研究的重点。长期以来，我国大学英语教学一直处在“以教师为中心”的 模式下，这种模式过于强调对认知能力的培养，而忽视了情感因素对学习的影响。因 此，在我国的大学英语教学中出现了“情感空白 的现象，这种现象对于语言学习是 不利的。2 0 世纪后期，英语教学研究的重点从教师如何教转向学生如何学。在这一 背景下，研究人员开始关注情感因素对学习的影响，特别是那些可能对学生的学习产 生负面影响的情感。而焦虑被认为是语言学习中最大的情感障碍，阻碍学习潜力的正 常发挥。在我国，有关大学生英语学习焦虑对他们口语水平的影响方面的研究还不多， 对教师采用何种应对策略降低学生的焦虑水平的研究也比较欠缺。因而调查焦虑对学 生口语水平的影响，寻求降低焦虑的有效方法是非常必要的。 鉴于此，本文旨在探讨大学英语学生的语言焦虑现象及其与英语口语水平之间的 关系，并尝试采用应对策略帮助学生减少焦虑。作者以某省属重点院校0 9 级本科一 年级8 9 名大学生为研究对象，以外语课堂焦虑量表及口语测试、访谈作为研究 工具，测试了学生的焦虑水平和口语水平，并使用s p s s l 3 0 对所收集的数据进行分 析，研究了两者的关系，并以此为指导开展了相关实验，试图寻求有效克服语言焦虑 的应对策略。 研究发现，大学英语学生中普遍存在语言焦虑现象。皮尔逊相关系数分析结果显 示，焦虑与口语成绩之间存在显著负相关。独立样本t 检验结果显示，这种焦虑感并 没有性别意义上的显著差异；相关实验中采用以学生为中心、以完成任务为目标的交 际教学法后，配对样本t 检验结果表明，实验班学生焦虑水平显著降低、口语成绩明 显提高，说明试验中使用的应对策略在降低焦虑，提高口语水平方面是有效的。通过 学生访谈及课堂观察，作者了解到课堂焦虑是学生自身的内在因素和教师、教学过程 等外部因素相互作用的结果。 本文还从教师角度出发提出了与焦虑成因相对应的教学策略，旨在将理论研究成 果应用于英语教学，创造一个焦虑水平适中的课堂环境，帮助学生有效地克服英语学 习焦虑，消除语言焦虑对英语口语水平的负面影响。 关键词：外语焦虑；口语水平：应对策略 山东大学硕仁学位论文 a b s t r a c t i nr e c e n ty e a r s ，e n g l i s ht e a c h i n gh a sa t t r a c t e dm o r ea n dm o r ea t t e n t i o ni no u rc o u n t r y , e s p e c i a l l y ，c o l l e g ee n g l i s ht e a c h i n gh a sb e e nt h ef o c u so fs t u d yo fl i n g u i s t sa n dt e a c h e r s f o ral o n gt i m e ，e n g l i s ht e a c h i n gi nc h i n ah a db e e nd o m i n a t e db yt h e t e a c h e r -
