合理对高校内部隐性知识转移进行投资，对增加师生的知识储备、提高高校教学水平、强化高校的 核心竞争力意义重大。 但目前国内外学者仅就高校隐性知识管理的过程、 影响因素以及激励机制提出建议， 没有从投资层面上，来研究高校内部隐性知识转移问题，缺乏多维度投资的系统研究和探讨。鉴于此， 本 文着眼于多维度投资的新视角，运用归纳法、实例分析法等方法研究了高校内部隐性知识转移投资这一课 题。 本文采用从理论研究到高校内部隐性知识转移的多维度投资，再到实例分析的思路。理论部分提出 了高校隐性知识内涵、阐述了高校隐性知识的特征。而后论述了高校隐性知识转移过程，提出了高校内部 隐性知识转移投资存在问题，并对影响因素作了充分分析。创新的提出从组织制度维、组织机构维、技术 平台维构建三维投资体系。组织制度维度投资部分，设计了从激励机制、隐性知识管理部门、cko 岗位 设置、宣传方面进行多角度投资的投资体系；组织机构维度投资部分，提出了从学习型组织架构的构建、 知识联盟构建的角度进行投资的投资体系设计构想；技术平台维度投资部分，提出了从隐性知识转移基础 技术平台建设、技术人员岗位设置的角度进行投资的投资体系设计构想。投资效果分析部分，主要介绍了 高校内部隐性知识转移投资效果的特征，分析了投资效果评估的困难与不足，提出了投资效果综合评估的 建议。实例分析部分选取 a 高校分别从组织制度维度、组织机构维度和技术平台维度对 a 高校内部隐性 知识转移投资进行分析；并提出 a 高校进行内部隐性知识转移投资存在的风险，指出风险诱因并提出风 险防范对策。 高校内部隐性知识转移投资研究做为高校知识管理的一个分支，能为高校知识管理方式的完善提供 理论依据和决策参考。理论层面，本研究能完善高校内部隐性知识转移投资的理论体系；能突破理论界的 strengthening the core competitiveness. but currently, the domestic and overseas scholars only from the tacit knowledge management of the process, the influence factors and incentive mechanism, no one research the internal tacit knowledge transfer problems from investment level, lack of multidimensional investment system research and discussion. domestic and overseas scholars do not study the tacit knowledge transfer investment problem on a higher level, as well as the lack of multidimensional system research and discussion. in view of this, focusing on the multidimensional investment, this article uses inductive method, case analysis and other methods to study the internal tacit knowledge transfer investment from a new perspective. this text adopts the thread of from the theoretical research of the universities tacit knowledge transfer in multiple dimensions of investment to the analysis of examples. the theory part indicates the universities tacit knowledge connotation, and elaborates the features of implicit knowledge. after that it expounds the transfer process of the universities tacit knowledge, then it exposes the problems existing in the investment of the tacit knowledge transfer, and fully analyses the influential factors. otherwise, the text advises creatively to construct three-dimensional investment system from the dimension of organizational systems, institutional framework, and technology platform; the first part projects the multi-dimension investment system from the design of the incentive mechanism, the post setting of cko and the administrative department of tacit knowledge, and the publicity aspects. the second part raises the concept design of investment system from the structure of the learning organization framework and knowledge alliance; the third part comes up with that from the angels of construction of tacit knowledge transfer foundation technology platform and post settings of ethicists. the part of analysis of investment effect, mainly introduced the features of investment effect of universities tacit knowledge transfer, analyzes the difficulties of evaluation of investment effect, and puts forward the
