摘要 美阕统一舞法典是英美法系历史土最为杰出的一部成文法典，其重要地 位是举世公认的。翻译介绍这样一部法典对于我国的商事立法扣学术研究无疑具 有积极意义。 然而，对于这样重要的一部法典，其在中国大陆发行的酶本中译本( 分剐由 潘琪和孙新强译) 却存在极大的差异。不仅是形式上的差异，更主要的是肉容上 的差异，会使读者对原文的理解也产生差异。经过对比分折，我发现这些差异反 映出译者砖原文的很多误解，或正确理解原文的基础土对中文的对应的词语有误 鼹。译者的理解直接影响读者的理解，因此对两食读译拳中的差异进行对比分析 从而找出存在的误解是十分必要且很有实践意义的。 本文以美国统一商法典( 买卖篇) 申条款标题及英翻译为研究对象。借 功词典和原文分析探索其差异产生的原因，及其百能引发的误解进行分析，并提
