摘要 摘要 引文( q u o t a t i o n ) 是一种常见的语言现象，对其得体的使用和恰如其分的理解是 语用能力中很重要的一个方面。因此，对引文的研究有着重要的理论价值和实践意义。 常规引文主要包括纯引文，直接引文( 语) ，间接引文( 语) 和混合引文四种( c a d 口e l e n 和l e p o r e 的划分法) 。引文的原语主要包括心理表征( 如：思想) ，公众表征( 如：话语) 和抽象表征( 如：句子和命题) 。引文与原语之间是一种相似关系，而并非是对原语的逐字 重复或简单复制。引文与原语相似有的是形式上的，有的是逻辑上的。有时候引文的存 在有明显的标示，( 如：双引号，或某人说、宣布等) 但并非所有引文的使用都有明显的 标示，有些需要进行推理才能识别引文的存在。那么，听话人是如何识别出引文的? 听 话人是如何识别出引文的来源及其类型的? 听话入是如何确定引文和原语的相似程度 的? 本研究认为，一个较为全面的引文阐释理论亦应能解决以上所提出的问题。 传统的引文理论认为引文是对原语的逐句重复，简单复制。即便是形式与原语相差 甚远的间接引文，仍然被理解成与原语有着相同的语义结构。然而大量例子表明引文并 非是对原语的简单复制，这些理论显然具有其局限性。h e r b e r th c l a r k r i c h a r dj o e 文理解过程中的语义不确定性问题。在关联理论框架下，引文被理解成是言语元表征的 一种类型。d e i r d r ew i l s o n 认为各种言语元表征与表征源之间都存在着相似关系。基于 这种分析，与原语的相似是引文的本质特征。 基于已有的引文的研究，本文首先简要概述了各种引文理论并评析了各种研究的优 点与缺陷。在关联理论框架下对各种常规引文的分析理解是本研究的重点。同时本文尝
