摘要 衔接是语篇研究中的重要组成部分之一，衔接可分为语法衔接和词汇衔接， 词汇衔接通过词汇的选择来实现语篇的连贯，自从h a l l i d a y 和h a s a n 于1 9 7 6 年首次 提出衔接理论，长期以来围绕这一理论展开了许多研究，作为创造篇章连贯的主 要手段，对衔接的研究大部分是对词汇的研究。尽管近年来研究这方面的论文和 专著逐渐增多，但多数只注重对于一般文体的研究，忽视了法律文体的研究。本 文正是基于这种情况，以h a l l i d a y 和h o e y 的词汇衔接理论为指导，利用统计学方 法，旨在从语篇层面对法律语篇的词汇衔接手段进行定性定量结合的研究，得出 其相同和不同之处，以期对法律英语的翻译与教学实践有所借鉴、指导。 通过分析统计数据，本文得出如下结论：一、在法律英语语篇中，统计分 析了各种以衔接手段形式出现的表达方式的出现频率，为法律英语教学提供参考。 二、在六种被统计的衔接手段中，“双联词”即同义词近义词的使用频率最高，依 次为重复、反义词，搭配及上下义衔接手段则较少使用，认识衔接手段在法律英 语文本中的使用规律对第二语言学习者的法律英语文本的学习及翻译产生积极有 益的影响。 关键词：词汇衔接：衔接频率；合同法；法律英语教学 a b s t r a c t c o h e
