山东大学硕士学位论文 摘要 外贸函电，简单讲，指的是在国际贸易的过程中进口商和出口商之间的往来 信件。随着国际贸易的发展，外贸函电正变得日益重要。在大多数情况下，外贸 函电是进口商和出口商之间最常用的信息交流方式。 在长期的使用过程中，外贸函电形成了自己独特的风格。在所有层次上( 从 谴词造句到篇章结构) 都呈现出鲜明和独特的特点。这些特点使它比其它的文体 更专业化。更富有一种商业气息。 本文主要研究外贸函电的文体学特点及其写作。所依据的理论主要是文体学 的有关理论。除了简介及结论部分外，本文主要包括三章。 第一章“文献综述”主要包括两个部分。第一部分是对外贸函电的一个简短 介绍，目的是提供一些与之有关的背景知识。从逻辑上讲，要研究外贸函电的文 体特点，应先对外贸函电本身有所了解。对外贸函电的介绍包括三个方面：概念， 结构和其风格的变迁。第二部分是文献综述。本部分从二个方面对文体学理论进 行了介绍和综述。第一什么是“文体”或“风格”? 关于这个问题，不同的文 体学家有着不同的见解，本文着重介绍了两种观点，即文体是变异和文体是选择。 第二，什么是文体学? 本文介绍了一些较有代表性的观点。 第二章是“外贸函电的文体特点”。在这一章中，本文运用文体学的有关理论， 研究了外贸函电的一些最典型，最常见的特点。具体讲，主要研究了三方面的问 题： 1 外贸函电有怎样的文体特点? 2 这些特点能产生怎样的表达效果? 3 为什么外贸函电需要具有这样的文体特点? 在这一章中，对外贸函电文体学特征的分析是在三个层次上进行的，即词汇层次， 山东大学硕士学位论文 句子层次和篇章的层次。 第三章是关于外贸函电的写作。本章和前面两章的关系是理论与应用的关系。
