值观和高尚的道德观的实践活动。思想政治教育沟通工作较之以往取得较大进步，主要表 现为教育者和受教育者的沟通意识明显增强、信息渠道有了新拓展、沟通形式出现多样化 发展、沟通效果有了一定提高等。但是在高校思想政治教育环境日益复杂、受教育者个性 日渐多样化的形势下，教育者和受教育者之间产生了一些沟通障碍，把大学生作为一个独 立思想的人，加强人文关怀和以人为本，作为平等的主体教育者和被教育者之间的沟 通则比较欠缺，能否实现两者的有效沟通直接决定着思想政治教育工作的实际效果。 纵观近几年的大学生思想政治教育的研究成果，对大学生思想政治教育沟通的研究逐 渐得到重视，也有一些研究性的文章，但是研究相对零碎，未形成系统的研究，沟通在大 学生思想政治教育中的界定还不是很成熟。目前，纯粹的研究大学生思想政治教育沟通的 文献还没有，对沟通在大学生思想政治教育中结构要素、作用、优化方法等方面的针对性 和时效性有待进一步研究。因此，本文尝试结合当代大学生的特点，总结沟通在思想政治 教育中已取得成绩的同时，分析其中存在的问题，进而从思想政治教育沟通方法、沟通原 则、沟通效果等方面进行阐述，从而起到指导大学生思想政治教育实践的作用。 本文以马克思主义为指导，以社会学、管理学、心理学等学科理论为基础，综合运用 文献研究和调查访谈相结合的方法，在充分把握当前大学生思想政治教育沟通现状的基础 上，详细分析大学生思想政治教育沟通存在的问题和原因，提出了加强大学生思想政治教 育沟通的具体方法。 论文共分五部分： 第一部分是大学生思想政治教育沟通的理论概述。阐述了沟通、思想政治教育沟通和 大学生思想政治教育沟通的内涵，详细分析了大学生思想政治教育沟通的要素，其中包括 思想政治教育者、受教育者(大学生)、沟通信息、沟通渠道以及沟通情境。明确大学生思 想政治教育沟通要素，对于从宏观上把握大学生思想政治教育沟通的过程，以及从微观上 控制大学生思想政治教育沟通的各个环节都具有重要意义。同时，提炼出了大学生思想政 治教育沟通的特征即目的先在性、二分确定性、双向互动性和选择创造性。 第二部分主要阐述了实现大学生思想政治教育沟通的依据。从中国古代的人性学说及 其思想、马克思主义关于“人的本质”学说、“以人为本”的科学发展观三个角度对大学 山东师范大学硕士学位论文 8 生思想政治教育沟通问题的研究寻求理论解析；在此基础上，作为构建和谐社会建设的基 础、社会主义市场经济条件下人们对真心沟通的迫切愿望、当代大学生渴望提高人际交往 能力等现实依据也迫切需要不断提高大学生思想政治教育的沟通。 第三部分从大学生思想政治教育的正面和负面表现，阐述了大学生思想政治教育沟通 的现状，从教育者、受教育者、沟通环境和沟通渠道等三方面分析了大学生思想政治教育 沟通中问题出现的原因。正确认识大学生沟通的现状，找出并消除当前思想政治教育中教 育者和受教育者之间沟通的障碍，不仅有助于提高思想政治教育的沟通效果，更有助增强 思想政治教育的实效性。 第四部分总结了坚持尊重主体平等原则、坚持共性与差异性相结合的原则、坚持坦诚 与保密相结合的原则、坚持及时沟通与日常沟通相结合的原则、坚持交流与引导相结合的 原则等坚持有效沟通的五项原则。提出了大学生思想政治教育中的有效沟通方法，具体阐 述了谈心沟通法、现身说法沟通法、角色互换沟通法、感染沟通法、心理咨询沟通法、积 极倾听沟通法。同时，通过提高教育者和受教育者的素质、沟通能力，拓展沟通范围、深 化沟通效果等方面分析了如何切实提高大学生思想政治教育沟通的效果。 关键词:大学生 value and moral through effective communication. work of ideological and political education has achieved greater progress which lies mainly in the obvious enhancement of communication sense between educators and educatees, the new expansion of information channel,diversified development of communication ways, and a certain improvement of communication effect, etc. under the situation of university environment of ideological and political education becoming more and more complex, and the diversification of educatees individual characters, however, there come some communication barriers between educators and educatees. there are some deficiencies in regarding university students as independent thinking individuals, strengthening humane care and people-orientation, and the communication between the equal subjects-educators and educatees. whether we can achieve the effective communication between the two determines directly the actual effect of ideological and political education work. making a general survey on the research work of university ideological and political education in recent years, it put more and more value on the research of university ideological and political education. there were also some research articles. however, the study is relatively fragmentary and has not formed a system. the definition of communication in university ideological and political education is not mature enough. at present, there is no pure research on university ideological and political education. research must be of further study which is about the timeliness and pertinence of the structure elements, functions, optimization methods etc on communication in university ideological and political education. therefore, this thesis tries to summarize what has been achieved in communication of ideological and political education with the characteristics of current university students. at the same time, it analyzes existing problems to expound in communication method, principle, effect etc of ideological and political education to guide the university students ideological and political practice. this thesis follows the guidance of marxism, basing on sociology, management, psychology and other disciplines. it applies the methods of literature research and survey interview. based on full grasp of the current status of ideological and political education communication, this thesis analyzes in detail the existing problems and causes in university students ideological and political education communication, and proposes specific methods on how to strength university students ideological and political education communication. this thesis is divided into five parts: the first part is the theoretical overview on university students ideological and political education communication. it exposits the connotation of communication, ideological political education communication and university students ideological and political education communication. it also analyzes in detail the elements of university students ideological and political education communication, which content ideological and political educators, educatees (university students), information in communication, channel of communication and situation of communication. making clear the communication elements of university students ideological 山东师范大学硕士学位论文 10 and political education has a significant meaning in grasping the ideological and political education process of communication from macro-view, and controlling every section of university students ideological and political education from micro-view. extracting the features of the university students ideological and political education, which is the precedence of object, the determination of two points, the interactivity of two-way and the creativity of selection. the second part mainly exposits the foundation of realizing university students ideological and political education communication. it focuses on the research for theoretical analysis on communication issue of university students ideological and political education from the theory of human nature and its ideas in ancient china, marxist “human nature” doctrine, and “people orientation” concept of scientific development. based on this, it is urgent to improve the communication of university students ideological and political education continuously as the base of building harmonious society, peoples urgent desire to communicate heart to heart under the socialist market economy, and current university students wish to improve interpersonal skills. the third part, based on the positive and negative side of the undergraduate ideological and political education, i mainly described the status of communication in the ideological and political education. and i analyzed the cause of the problem in the communicating side of the ideological and political education in the view of the educators, the educated, the communication environment and communication channels. correct understanding the status of communication between college students, identifying and eliminating the communication obstacles between educators and college students in the ideological and political education, is not only conducive to improve the communication efficiency of the ideological and political education, but also helps enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political education. the fourth part, i have set out five basic principles to be adhered to in effective communication. the five principles are adhering to equal respect for the principal, adhering to the combination of similarities and differences, adhering to the combination of openness and secrecy, adhering to the combination of timely communication and regular communication, and adhering to the principle of combining exchange and guide together.at the same time, part four summarizes the methods in effective communication of the university students ideological and political education. it explained the specific communication procedure which is the heart-to-heart talk communication method, the talking-oneself-as-an-example communication method, the roles reversal communication method, the infection communication method, the counseling communication method and the active listening communication method. at the same time, by improving the quality and communication skills of the educators and educatees, and creating a good communication atmosphere, i analyzed the problem of how to effectively improve the communication 沟通是当今世界的一项重要活动，已广泛地渗透到了人类生活的各个领域。有效的沟 通影响着人们交往、社会心理、经济合作、素质教育以及社会文明等重大问题。沟通在思 想政治教育活动中是调节教育者和受教育者情感的润滑剂，是调动受教育者主观能动性的 推动力，因此思想政治教育的过程其实也是一个沟通的过程。加强大学生思想政治教育中 的沟通，运用沟通的理论去指导思想政治教育实践，具有重大的现实意义。 构建和谐社会离不开思想政治教育，它只有紧抓时代脉搏，不断改进和创新，才能充 分发挥它应有的作用。当今，随着社会的进步和观念的更新，整个宏观环境对思想政治教 育工作的重视程度在加大，沟通也得到了许多教育者的重视，教育者和受教育者的沟通在 增多，并且取得了一定的积极影响。但是，我国正处在全面建设小康社会的关键时期，社 会情况发生了复杂而深刻的变化，经济成分和经济利益多样化、社会组织形式多样化、就 业岗位和就业方式多样化等方面的巨变带给大学生思想政治教育工作很多新情况和新问 题，加之传统教育模式的影响以及 80 后乃至 90 后大学生所体现出的新特点，对大学生思 想政治教育沟通的内涵也赋予了新的内容，沟通技巧也有了新的要求，从而显示出沟通在 大学生思想政治教育中的一些不足。针对这些不足找出原因，不断优化大学生思想政治教 育的沟通活动，增强大学生思想政治教育沟通的实效性，是研究这一课题的目的和意义所 在。 （二）国内外关于该课题的研究现状及趋势 对于沟通的定义，社会学、管理学、心理学等学科都有了较为成熟的界定，如甘华鸣、 李湘华的沟通 ，吴娟瑜的沟通管理学：全新的沟通理念与方法 ，胡祖庆的沟通教 室 ，朱祝霞、赵立颖的沟通其实很容易 ，甘波、田晓犁的沟通时代的管理者 ，胡 巍的管理沟通：原理与实践 ，赵慧军的管理沟通理论、技能、实务 ，贾启艾的人 际沟通 ，李谦的现代沟通学 ，鲁曙明的沟通交际学 ，王舜清的45 度角的沟通: 成功者的沟通模式 ，常智山的沟通:拓展人脉的智慧书 ，曾仕强、刘君政的人际关 系与沟通等等都有较详尽的论述。对于沟通的研究，诸多学科领域都是根据自己的学科 特点，形成一些独具学科特色的研究成果。但是沟通在大学生思想政治教育中的界定还不 是很成熟。纵观近几年的大学生思想政治教育研究成果，专著只有 1992 年杨国欣和江鸿 编写的思想政治教育沟通论,但影响力是有限的,在学术界也鲜有引用。 目前，对大学生思想政治教育沟通的研究逐渐得到重视，出现了不少有价值的论文， 如孙俊三的从说服到沟通90 年代德育新模式 ，李雯清的高校学生思想政治教育 沟通研究 ，石立美的论大学生思想政治教育沟通及其优化策略 ，罗海英的论高校思 ，张淑芹的大学生思想政治教育沟通的困境 与超越 ，谷佳媚的思想政治教育沟通的有效路径 ，张白茹的沟通理论在学校思想教 育中的应用 ，李伟元、崔世莹的高校辅导员与学生家长沟通中存在的问题及对策研究 ， 王娟的思想政治教育沟通模式研究 、 思想政治教育沟通研究的综述 、 思想政治教育 沟通：内涵、特征与功能 、 思想政治教育沟通研究综述等等。综合这些文章来看，大 学生思想政治教育中的沟通研究取得了一些成绩，但相对零散、不够深入和系统。这些文 章的作者大都是思想政治教育一线的工作者，对思想政治教育沟通的研究实用性较强，具 有较高的参考价值，但是理论性也有待加强。要使大学生思想政治教育沟通发挥其应有的 作用，需要有一套全面、系统的研究大学生思想政治教育沟通的理论作为指导，但是现在 这方面的文献是没有的。因此，对大学生思想政治教育沟通的定位、概念、特征、原则和 方法、实现条件等方面的针对性和时效性有待进一步地深入研究。 （三）研究思路及研究方法 本文研究思路分为：理论与实践、横向比较和纵向梳理。论文在借鉴社会学、管理学、 心理学等方向研究的基础上，探讨沟通在大学生思想政治教育中的特征、依据、方法、途 径和在实践中的可行性、指导性，并积极梳理沟通在思想政治教育中的理论依据和现实发 展。 本文将通过高校丰富的藏书和网络学术资源，对沟通在大学生思想政治教育中的实践 进行梳理和探究，从中寻找研究的薄弱点和最新的研究进展。同时，结合担任辅导员工作 中沟通在大学生思想政治教育中的实践经历和作用，对这一课题进行深入细致的分析，探 讨沟通在大学生思想政治教育中存在的问题和改进措施。 学术界中对沟通的一般理论研究成果比较丰富，但在大学生思想政治教育的实践中研 究未成体系，并且新时期大学生思想政治教育面对的群体更加个性化，沟通在大学生思想 政治教育中的实践更加复杂化、多样化。鉴于以上原因，文章要在各个环节实现全面创新， 绝非轻而易举之事，笔者将在有限时间和精力下做最大努力。 一、大学生思想政治教育沟通的理论概述 （一）大学生思想政治教育沟通的内涵 1.1.沟通的内涵沟通的内涵 据统计，有关沟通的定义达 100 多种。对于沟通的研究，诸多学科领域已根据各自的 山东师范大学硕士学位论文 13 学科特点，形成了一些独具学科特色的研究成果，为我们把握思想政治教育沟通的内涵和 大学生思想政治教育沟通的内涵以及特征提供了宝贵的借鉴。 从传播学而言，拉氏韦尔认为，“沟通是什么人说什么，由什么路线传至什么人，达 到什么结果。” 1 英国传播学者丹尼斯麦奎尔定义沟通是 “通过信息进行的社会相互 作用。” 2美国传播学者布农则认为，“沟通是将概念或思想由一个人传送到另一个人的 程序或者是个人自身内的传播，其目的是使沟通的人获得思想上的了解。” 3 从管理学上来说，西蒙认为，“沟通可视为任何一种程序，借此程序，组织中的一成 员，将其所决定意见或前提，传送给其他有关成员。” 4斯蒂芬p罗宾斯认为，“沟通 是意义的传递和理解。” 5还有人认为，沟通是人们在互动过程中通过某种途径或方式将 一定的信息从发送者传递给接受者，并获取理解的过程。 社会心理学上的定义分为广义和狭义两种。广义的定义为沟通是人类的整个社会互动 过程，人们不仅交换观念、思想、知识、兴趣、情绪等信息，而且还交换相互作用的个体 的全部社会行动。狭义的定义为沟通是以符号、记号为媒介实现的社会行为的交互作用， 即人们在互动过程中通过某种途径或方式，将一定的信息传递给另一个接收信息的人。 6 沟通学则认为“沟通是发送者凭借一定渠道（亦称媒体或通道），将信息发送给既定 对象（接受者），并寻求反馈以达到相互理解的过程。” 7 工具书对沟通所下的定义则比较简洁。牛津大辞典认为沟通是“借着语言、文学 形象来传送或交换观点和知识。” 8 韦氏大辞典定义“沟通文字、文句、或信息之交 流，思想或意见之交换。” 9大英百科全书定义为：“沟通是用任何方法，彼此交换 信息，即使一个人与另一个人之间用视觉、符号、电话、电报、收音机、电视或其他工具 为媒介，所从事交换信息的方法。” 10哥伦比亚百科全书则认为沟通是“思想及信息 的传递” 11 综上发现，沟通的学科特色非常明显，学科不同，对沟通的理解也就不尽相同，但针 对本学科的研究重点和特点，都是有道理的。 2.2.思想政治教育沟通的内涵思想政治教育沟通的内涵 在现有文献中，对于思想政治教育沟通的定位并不一致，所以对于思想政治教育沟通 的概念也没有形成统一的认识。刘光在思想政治教育中沟通的内涵及其应有地位中认 为，思想政治教育中的沟通是教育者与受教育者之间以及受教育者自身通过信息传递而使 受教育者认识内化和实践外化的活动。孙文强在试论思想政治教育工作中的沟通中认 为思想政治教育的沟通是教育者运用各种手段，通过各种渠道与教育对象进行广泛、深入 交流，促使他们接受特定教育内容，进而使之通过自我教育得到提高和升华，逐步达到社 会所期望的目标。成媛在思想政治教育学原理中认为，思想政治教育的沟通是人与人 山东师范大学硕士学位论文 14 之间信息互动的过程，包括所有的被人们用来给予和接收信息的符号和线索。杨国欣、江 鸿所著的思想政治教育沟通论认为，所谓思想政治教育沟通，是指教育者为了实现一 定的教育目标，针对特定的教育内容而与教育对象进行沟通活动。笔者认为，思想政治教 育的沟通是教育者和受教育者之间通过信息和情感的双向交流，实现思想互动、理解和自 我建构，从而使思想政治教育实现认识内化和实践外化的社会活动。 3.3.大学生思想政治教育沟通的内涵大学生思想政治教育沟通的内涵 大学生思想政治教育沟通的内涵是丰富的。沟通的信息既包括科学知识信息，又有思 想信息和情感信息。大学生思想政治教育沟通的双方可以是个人，也可以是组织和整个社 会。沟通的方式可以分为正式沟通和非正式沟通、单向沟通和双向沟通、语言沟通和非语 言沟通，所有的沟通方式都是有密切联系的，综合运用各种方式，有利于使思想政治教育 实现效率最大化。因此，笔者认为，大学生思想政治教育沟通是指在大学生思想政治教育 过程中，教育者与受教育者（大学生）通过一定的媒介，进行情感互动、信息交流，从而 对思想政治教育达成共识和理解从而实现思想政治教育目的的社会活动。 （二）大学生思想政治教育沟通的要素 大学生思想政治教育沟通由以下基本要素组成： 思想政治教育者、 受教育者(大学生)、 沟通信息、沟通渠道以及沟通情境。沟通的诸要素之间是有机统一的关系，忽视任何一个 因素，都不利于大学生思想政治教育的实施。明确大学生思想政治教育沟通要素，对于从 宏观上把握大学生思想政治教育沟通的过程，以及从微观上控制高校思想政治教育沟通的 各个环节都具有重要意义。 1.1.思想政治教育者思想政治教育者 在大学生的思想政治教育沟通中，思想政治教育者是沟通信息的发出方。教育者根据 国家和社会对大学生提出的道德规范和行为要求，有所选择地将思想、情感等信息通过一 定的渠道和方式传递给受教育者，同时接收受教
