SystemComplexity.Thesoftwareindustryisregardedasaperformancedestructorandcomplexitygenerator.Steadil-yshrinkinghardwarepricesspoilstheneedforsoftwareperformanceintermsofcodeoptimiza-tionandefficiency.Theresultisthatmassiveandlessefficientsoftwarecodeononehandoutp-acesthegainsinhardwareperformanceontheotherhand.Secondly,softwareproliferatesintocomplexityofunmanageabledimensions;softwareredesignandmaintenance-essentialinmode-rnautomationsystems-becomesnearlyimpossible.Particularly,PLCprogramshaveevolvedfr-omacouplelinesofcode25yearsagotothousandsoflinesofcodewithasimilarnumberof 1/Opoints.Consequently,the life-cyclecostofsoftwareisapermanentlygrowingfractionofthetotalcost.80-90%ofthese costsaregoingintosoftwaremaintenance,debugging,adaptationandexpansiontomeetchangi-ngneeds. 附录2EV2000系列变频器的应用.蒙斯etal.,1998经综合分析比较,AIMO生EV2000系列变频器,具有三大优点:一是高性能,多用途,多程序化控制;二是产品可靠性能极好:三是EV2000是一种性价比很高的经济型产品。EV2000系列的变频器是采用独特的控制方式实现高转矩,高精度,宽调速驱动的,它满足通用变频器高性能化的趋势;具有超出同类产品的防跳闸性能和适应恶劣电网,温度和粉尘的能力,极大地提高了产品的可靠性;AIMO生EV2000系列的变频器是将客户通用需求与客户个性化的需求,行业性需求有机结合的创新型产品,它实用的PI,简易的PLC,灵活的输入输出端子,脉冲频率给定,停电和停机参数储存选择,频率给定通道与运行命令通道捆绑,零频回差控制,主辅给定控制,摆频控制,定长控制等,为设备制造业客户提供高集成度的一体化解决方案,对降低系统成本,提高系统可靠性具有极大的价值;AIMO生EV2000系列的变频器通过优化PWM控制技术和电磁兼容性整体设计,极大地满足了用户对应用场所的低噪音,低电磁干扰的环保要求。1.现场实际安装情况及喷泉电气线路运行设计要求1.1现场考察喷泉实际安装情况该喷泉占地面积约200平方米,管路,潜水泵,喷嘴,水下彩灯,储水池装修等已完工。喷泉整体外形为椭圆形,喷水系统由六组电控部分组成:第一组在喷水池正中央设有一个独立直喷式喷嘴,供水潜水泵一台,功率5.5KW;第二组在喷水池正中央靠前位置设有一排直线形阵列直喷式喷嘴,供水潜水泵二台,功率5.5KW+2.2KW;第三组在喷水池正中央靠后位置设有一组双菱形阵列直喷式喷嘴,供水潜水泵二台,功率4KW+3KW;第四组在喷泉喷水池整体外形椭圆形边缘处设有一圈沿边椭圆形阵列直喷式喷嘴,供水潜水泵三台,功率3KW+3KW+5.5KW;第五组为地下储水池排水用潜水泵工二台,功率2.2KW+2.2KW;第六组为喷水池水下彩灯组,功率合计4KW。 喷泉电控房位置设置在距喷泉储水池潜水泵60米的地方,每台潜水泵电源线采用橡套铜芯三芯10平方电缆线沿地沟隐埋敷设。 喷泉用储水池设为地下式暗沟,分为左右二个池,暗池底部深度大约4米。上面潜水泵分别设置于左右二个暗池底部。 1.2喷泉喷水造型电气线路运行设计要求 第一组正中央独立喷式主喷嘴喷水设计高度为6米,开机后喷水造型保持不变,直到关机为止。 第二组喷水池正中央靠前位置直线形阵列直喷式喷嘴,要求按顺序垂直喷水造型,喷水时水型由无水逐渐升高至4米并保持1分钟后逐渐降至无喷水出现。 第三组喷水池正中央靠后位置的双菱形阵列直喷式喷嘴,要求按顺序在第二组完成后垂直喷水造型,喷水时水型由无水逐渐升高至3米并保持1分钟后逐渐降至无喷水出现。 第四组沿外圈的椭圆形阵列直喷式喷嘴,要求按顺序在第三组完成后倾斜75度向内抛物线型喷水造型,采用潜水泵启动自然喷水,水型喷高4米并保持3分钟后停止喷水。 上述第二组,第三组,第四组潜水泵设计成自动顺序循环,第一组和第六组水下彩灯组设计为开机启动,关机停止工作。 第五组储水池排水用潜水泵,设计成人为启动,关机控制。 2.喷泉喷水造型电气线路运行控制设计构思 2.1第一组喷嘴,第二组喷嘴,第三组喷嘴,第四组喷嘴,第六组水下彩灯组采用定时器总控,定时启动/关机控制。自动顺序循环部分另做单独控制电路,便于维修观察。2.2第一组潜水泵和第六组水下彩灯组,除采用定时器总控外,另行设计一个各自独立的开机启动,关机停止工作模式,便于维修观察。第五组储水池排水用潜水泵也设计成独立的开机启动,关机停止工作模式。三个独立的开机启动,关机停止工作模式,采用接触器自保手动/停止线路即可达到目的。2.3第二组,第三组,第四组设计成自动顺序循环。其中第二组自动顺序循环启动,采用上述2.1项中的定时器,定时启动控制来启动潜水泵的初启动,用第四组潜水泵接触器控制线路的停止信号来保证循环运行。第二组要自动达到喷水时水型由无水逐渐升高至四米并保持一分钟后逐渐降至无喷水必须采用变频器的调频,调压,调速功能才能达到目的。根据第二组潜水泵功率为5.5KW+2.2KW=7.7KW的实际情况,根据AIMO生EV2000系列特性采用EV2000-4T0055G/0075P变频器实现喷水造型。利用变频器CN6端子FWD标号端接入定时器定时启动控制信号线路,来达到第二组潜水泵启动的目的。2.4第三组双菱形阵列直喷式喷嘴,要达到按顺序在第二组完成后垂直喷水,喷水时水型由无水逐渐升高至3米并保持1分钟后逐渐降至无喷水。也必须采用变频器的的调频,调压,调速功能才能达到目的。根据第三组潜水泵功率为4KW+3KW=7KW的实际情况,根据AIMO生EV2000系列特性采用EV2000-4T0055G/0075P变频器。第三组潜水泵自动顺序循环启动控制信号,采用第二组潜水泵变频EV2000-4T0055G/0075P的CN7端子TA,TC标号端接入起动控制信号线路,来达到第三组潜水泵启动的目的。2.5第四组外圈椭圆形阵列直喷式喷嘴,要按顺序在第三组完成后倾斜75度向内抛物线型喷水,采用潜水泵启动自然喷水,水造型喷高4米并保持3分钟后停止喷水要求。采用接触器控制线路即可达到目的。接触器控制线路的启动控制信号采用第三组潜水泵变频器的CN7端子TA,TC标号端接入启动控制信号线路,来达到第四组潜水泵启动的目的。2.6由于第二组,第三组,第四组在开机情况下要设计成自动循环。所以不须将第四组潜水泵接触器控制线路的停止信号接到第二组潜水泵控制变频器CN6端子FWD标号端,才能达到三组自动循环的目的。 3系统调试这种喷泉喷水造型电气线路控制运行的系统调试关键在于第二组,第三组变频器的系统设置。在这种喷泉喷水电气线路控制中的其它主要器件全部采用进口件配置,确保万无一失。在设置AIMO生EV2000-4T0055G/0075P变频器的功能参数之前,用户必须详细阅读它的使用手册和使用说明书。根据使用手册该变频器试多功能多用途的变频器,用于喷泉控制潜水泵的运行,只应用了该变频器中的很少一部分功能设置参数,大部分参数都不需要设置或者说按原厂设置不动即可。该喷泉控制部分设置的参数如下:F0.03运行命令通道选择:(端子运行命令)F0.08机型选择:1(水泵负载) F0.09转矩提升:30F0.10加速时间:6.0SF0.13下限频率:2.00HZF2.01起动频率:30.00HZF2.02起动频率保持时间:10SF4.00简易PLC运行方式选择:1000(从第一阶段开始,单循环后停机。)F4.02阶段1运行时间:1.0SF4.04阶段2运行时间:6.0SF4.06阶段3运行时间:1.0S F4.08阶段4运行时间:6.0SF4.10阶段5运行时间:1.0SF4.12阶段6运行时间:6.0
