零捌强烈推荐FOR 新人/接待客户全流程(已完结)/thread-994079-1-1.html申精如何接待客户据自己的总结,电子商务网络营销的客户成交率大概是10%,而来到展厅拜访的客户成交率却高达40%.(只代表我自己的总结) 所以,能够从国外到你这里来的客人,成交几率是非常大的,如果你想在接待客户方面游刃有余,大大增加成交,你也必须必备1, 熟悉产品,熟悉每一个产品的构造,特点及材料选择,卖点,价格,包装。包括营销中的市场份额,区域销量,消费人群或场所等。2, 介绍熟悉自己公司的操作流程,从下单到准备到出货所有的过程要能用英文介绍出来。关于自己公司的样品,散货,整柜分别的付款方式,验货方式,服务方式也要能够向客户介绍。3, 调查客户性质客户来之前你就需要对客户进行一些评估,是哪国人?是零售还是批发?网站是什么内容?针对于哪些产品?区域市场在哪等等。4, 营销这里的营销是协助客户如何营销他的市场,包括帮客户估卖价,共享给客户一些针对与他市场的供求信息等。5, 谈判,谈判技能主要是练出来的,不是学习或者理论可以造就的。你需要多与人交流,包括多去一些市场进行买卖训练,甚至讨价还价的训练。谈判的基础上互信互利,要保证自己的盈利基础上想办法为客户盈利是很重要的。6, 准备,一般的准备包括色板,计算器,尺,笔记本,订书机,图册还有针对性的报价单。记得要在客人来之前回顾一下以前的来往邮件,作好基本的准备。7, 心理学这个就比较广义了,包括套底线,换位思考,信任。这些也是在实践之中练习才能具备。8, 机遇机遇和运气永远眷顾有准备的人,如果以上的技能你都具备,它就总会跟着你。9,实践操作:贴一篇我最近接待的一位客人的,至今此客人已经准备下一个40尺整柜. 昨天的第一次见面/客户:瑞典客户2位客户描述:此客人已在瑞典刚开始经营我的产品,找英国的FURNITURE WORLD 进货.现在在中国找寻实惠的供应商合作。今天当天已去过二个工厂。接待地点:客户看完竞争对手的工厂,驱车到在香格里拉酒店,我要求客户坐地铁过来,工厂用车将客户送到我公司.时间:晚上七点 第一次见面 2008年2月28日晚能不能成交,先把这些分享给大家。以下是接待时的对话:客:你好刘先生,请问这是你们工厂还是公司,或者展厅。where I can see the products, where we are heading for? factory or office, showroom?我:是我们的公司,里面有展厅,有着你要的那些产品可以观看。This is our company along with showroom. you can meet all products there.客:你们的工厂在哪里?Where is your factory?答:在深圳关外,广州,我们有三个工厂,木质、玻璃钢、沙发蒙皮Outside downtown. and another one in Guangzhou. we have professional wooden/fiberglass/upholstery producers.客:你们什么时候建立的how long have you been established?我:1998年客:时间很长了well. such a long time?我递上名片:是的,现在我们出口额在700万美金左右,在这行已经很久了。 我指着他手里FREEROOM的图册:这一家是专业做沙发的,大概有三年历史。Yes. now our turnover of exportation is around 7 million. we have been this area for a long time. (watched the catalogue in his hand)This is a sofa manufacturer with 3 years history.客:你们有图册吗?Do you have catalogue?我:有的,除网站之外,我们也有图册。Yes, besides the web we have catalogue too.;客:你们是工厂还是贸易公司?Are you a manufacturer or just trading.我:我们属于设计类公司,自己出资购买原版,和那些专业的木制,五金,玻璃钢,弯木等专业家具制造者合作。和他们有着5年以上的加工制造协议。所以我们一般的家具都会很专业,只做高档市场。我们提供和库存材料,保证基本的销售量。We are belonging to a design company. Cooperated with the professional wooden/hardware/fiberglass/veneer furniture manufacturers with a 5 years agreement of design & production. They cannot sell to any ones. So our market towards to the premium market. We offer the stock and material to keep basic sales rate.客:那样很好,但是我们能有机会去看厂吗?That sounds great, but if there is any opportunity to see your factory?我:我们一般是合作以后才会,不过大部分产品什么的你可以在我们仓库验货看到。而且我们的供应商分布不均,比如这款弯木椅是在韶关制作,大概400多公里,这款办公椅是在中山,200多公里。但是我们常住QC和采购在厂里控制所有。所有包装会在出货前在仓库重新审核或再包装。我们现在除了质量,服务优势之外,由于年采购量大,价格方面也有优势,对于每款产品的数量,我们可以重新根据现实汇率再给一个比较竞争力的价格。Maybe after cooperation. but majority of products that you can see in our warehouse in your inspection. and our producers are dividedly in different cities. For example this chair was produced in Shaoguan, about 400kms far .this office chair produced in Zhongshan, about 200kms far. But usually our QC and buyer lived in factory to control everything. all packaging must be controlled in our warehouse before load on truck and container. Except for the quality and service. we have competitive point on prices because we kept a buying rate each year. Regarding the quantity of each product we can see the currency now and give a nicer pricing to you.客:你们的确很专业。那样的话到时我们去你们仓库验货也是可以的。Definitely you are professional. so we will see if we can inspect your goods at your warehouse then。到了展厅之后,我先要采购准备了水,图册,皮板图册和我打印出来的价格表。客人告诉我,我需要先看巴塞罗那椅。我搬出了巴椅。我:这些皮管全是真皮,意大利皮,并且有半ANILINE。This piping are full italian leather with aniline dyed.客:皮制比先看的两家要好,但是垫子厚度怎么会The leather is better than your competitions. but seems the cushions are not very thick.我:原版是九公分,这是原版COPY出来的,如果你看到是大垫子,那表明是错误的做法,在国外销售的单价会打折扣。Original vintage is 9cm.this is copied by vintage and if you saw a thick cushion that is wrongly pruduction.when you can only sell 1/5 of original vintage price,but if the sample more like original will make it at least 1/3 of original vintage price.客:为什么坐垫下面是布?Why there is fabric under the cushion.?我:原版的下面也是布,但是靠垫是皮.Original is also fabric, but the back cushion is full leather.我将靠垫递给客人,客人表示满意。我:您看看这个弯度,这个坐垫和鞍皮带的角度,如果您看过原版您应该知道,我在瑞典也有客人,他们卖得非常好。You see this bend part and angle between saddle leather straps and seat cushion. if you saw original you will know that. Or 30% deposit, balance after inspection. if in CIF term you can pay when you see scanned bill of lading. If you cannot come you can send an inspection team.客:那也可以,不过工厂那边也有更好的方式。That is fine. But your competitions can do better ways.我:你可以看着上柜,然后提单补料写着您的名字,你在付款也可。You can see the loading. and the blanks of consignee on bill of lading will show your name.客:可以考虑,这些我们可以容后再谈,不过我觉得我们合作的机会可能很大,主要是因为你们的质量不错。We can think about it. and we talked it later. But I think we have great chance to do biz because your quality is very nice.我:谢谢。Thank you.总结:一,现有汇率下其实很多客人是可以暂时的升价,因为欧元升值他们也会对于单价进行调整。二,对于自己的产品质量来说一定要保持最强的信心。三,贸易公司感觉不属于我们优势的东西,但是贸易公司的竞争优势可不可小瞧,我们可以在服务这边显现我们的竞争实力,除采购,QC,仓库,专业工厂,图册,图片,经验
