Mark all polluted goods and quality controller must inform the production manager and quality testing manager.所有人员如发现有以上及类似事故，必须立即通知生产，通知现场质检人员，并协助现场质检人员对可疑受污染的产品进行标识和隔离，现场质检人员必须通知生产经理和质检经理。4.2.2 Quality manager should appoint a staff qualified to test the polluted the goods.质检经理负责对可以受污染的产品资质人员进行评估，并作出处理判断。4.2.3 Production manager should find the reasons for the pollution. Then, start the production again, inform quality test department to test the goods and when confirmed the problem is rectified, then, start the production again.生产经理负责消除引起事故的原因，使生产回复正常。并通知现场质检进行确认，取得同意后才可再次开始生产。4.2.4 Quality test controller confirms that there is no pollution in the current production and inform the production department to carry on the production.现场质检确认现场已经回复正常状态后才可以许可生产部可以重新开始生产。4.3 Training for this procedure: Each department should have a training programme to ensu
