实习报告实习人：李小艳实习日期：2012/05/31实习地点：力科电器生产车间D线、烟机样品制作部实习了解内容：1、油烟机UT16D的生产工序、工作原理、常见问题及问题解析：装背板-打顶板-装开关和灯支架-装风道系统-接线并固定接线柱 -装灯板和灯 -打灯板铆钉 -安规检测-清洁-贴参数表和接线图，放说明书、装过滤网-装胶袋、泡沫、放配件、装箱。常用配件：说明书，螺丝，吊架，挂架，风管道伸缩风管。 油烟机UT16D的工作原理: 电机在额定电压的条件下，通过带动风轮转动，经过风道系统形成风压将室内气体排除到室外。测试中常见的问题：不通电，刮花，变形。 问题解析：不通电：线路连接不畅，电路板元件损坏，加强来料检查且小心操作 表层刮花、变形：生产过程中碰撞、挤压、摩擦导致，操作中应尽量小心避免2、烟机的几种类型： 外排式吸油烟机：抽吸室内的油烟气体，经分离油雾后通过管道排向室外的吸油烟机。 循环式吸油烟机：抽吸室内的油烟气体，经过滤装置清除油雾和气味，并重新返回室内的吸油烟机。 两用式吸油烟机：既能装上过滤装置做循环式吸油烟机使用，又能拆除过滤装置，装上排气管作为外排式吸油烟机使用的吸油烟机。目前在生产的烟机系列有： 小烟机UA，塔形机UT，玻璃机UG。3、烟机的开关类型：琴键开关，翘板开关，拨动开关（仅限UA01款），指示灯显示开关，LED触摸屏开关，感应开关。 4、烟机的灯的类型：普通灯（UA），卤素灯（常用于UT、UG），UG10，日光灯，LED灯。学习心得： 通过今天的学习，熟悉了油烟机UT16D的结构、生产过程和工作原理，并对生产中或实际使用中的常见问题有一定了解，同时了解到相关的测试要求。实习操作过程中发现看似简单的事情，实际操作却有很多问题要注意，需要学习的东西还很多，要继续努力。实习部门评语:部门主管评语：Practice ReportName: Zara LiDate: 2012/05/31Practice Location: Powtek workshop Line D &range hoods sample made departmentWhat have learned: 1. The type of the range hoods: Discharge type range hoods: suction indoor lampblack gas, the separation oil mist through the pipe line to outdoor after the oil absorption. Circulation range hoods: suction indoor lampblack gas, the filter device remove oil mist and smell, and returned to the indoor.Amphibious type range hoods: can mount the filtration devices do circulation oil absorption use, and can dismantle filter device, installed on the exhaust pipe as discharge type oil absorption to use. 3. The switch type of range hoods: Push Button, Rock Button, Slide Button (only for UA01), Electronic Button, LED Feeling Screen Button, Sensor Button.4.
