Every construction item will obey the General Construction Work Plan in order to achieve the best goal with the minimum cost and to make sure the quality, safety and benefit.(3). Working Schedule will focus on the construction process, parallel work organization, assembly line working, and mutual cooperation among different departments. The General Situation of the ProjectThe total length of the pipe culvert designed for Teemeen Khuzuu Hill to Baga Ulann Pass 110.8KM Road is 3415M, of which the length with the diameter 1M is 2792M, with the diameter 1.2M is 221M and with the diameter 1.5M is 402M.2. The Schedule for Construction Work(1).Organization Arrangement Construction work will be in the charge of Vice Production Manager. Preparation Work for Construction(1). Preparation Work a. Steel Form Producing: The Steel Form will be produced in the appointed factory by Engineer, and the appointed factory will design according to the pipe culvert structure and feature and process the material step by step. The factory will confirm the supporting system, space distance and arrangement on the base of the strength, stiffness and stability of the supporting system as well. The difference between the inner diameter of the steel form and designed diameter is 0-2MM. The workers will mark the numbers on the different pre-producing forms and the consultant engineer will attend to check the thickness, verticality and the connection of the forms, which will be put into use after permission from consultant engineer. b. Debugging the equipment on site to make sure every kind of equipment to go well. c. Material must come into site ahead according to the design, material test must be finished and construction work shall obey the Mixing Design carefully.d. Safety and Health Training for the labors working on site. (2). Pipe Culvert Pre-producing a. Use the form oil between the inner form and outer form, then install the Inner Form Vibrating Machine and adjust Inner Form Vibrating Machine to make sure that the thickness of the wall is well-distributed; Lay some sand at the bottom of the form. b. Make a Spacer (t=3CM) by concrete mortar, then place the fixed re-bar frame into the form, pour the concrete into it and vibrate the form to let the concrete sealed up. c. Start the Inner Form with labor-power lift. d. When the strength of the pipe culvert reaches 2.5Mpa, take out the inner form slowly by crane to the appointed position and put the inner form and outer form together in the same place. e. Use the colorful canvas to cover the pipe culvert, and the canvas cannot be discovered until the strength of the concrete reaches the 30% of the design, then spray water to protect them. f. When the strength of the pipe culvert reaches 30% of the designed strength, move the pipe culvert to the appointed location and cure it by spraying water. The pipe culvert can be put into use after 28 days for curing. (3).The Transportation and Installation of Pipe CulvertUse the flatbed-trailer to transport and the crane truck to install the pipe culvert with the rubber cushion for protection. The installation sequence should be from outlet to inlet and use the combination of bitumen and flax cloth to connect two pipes in case of the water leaking. Use concrete to cover up the upper part of the pipe after installation. (4).Foundation ExcavationUse the Survey Instruments to confirm the pipe culvert installation location and excavate by excavators. The two sides of the pipe culverts should be lengthened by 50CM as demanded in design and excavate the side slop at the rate of 1:1; The foundation need to be leveled after excavation.The lab will test the capacity of the foundation and the next construction work will proceed after approved by consultant engineer. (5).Foundation PouringIf excavated deeper than design, lay the cushion layer made by gravel, and install the form after leveling the foundation. During the process of installation, make sure the joint is sealed up and the support system is stable; Pouring and vibration of concrete should be divided by different layers. When the concrete pouring is complete, insert the re-bar to connect concrete pouring for the 2nd time. The foundation made by concrete must be poured first, then install the concrete at the two sides of the pipe during the process of pipe culvert installation. When the strength of the foundation reaches 2.5Mpa, remove the form by crane truck and labors and make sure no damage during the process of the form removal. (6). Pipe Culvert Foundation Protection Protection should be immediate after the removal of the form. Use the canvas to protect the inner and the plastic canvas to protect the outer concrete surface. Arrange special worker to take care of the pipe culvert to keep the concrete surface wet. (7).The Construction Work of Front Wall and Wing WallLet the equipment and labors to cooperate to excavate and level. Install the re-bar and form according to the design and make sure the joint of the forms sealed up. The process of concrete pouring must be continuously.(8).Back FillingUse the gravel(diameter10CM)with the water seepage function to back fill according to different layers. Protect the concrete during the process of back filling. The limit for the width of the back filling is 2M+1.5hM. The thickness of each layer is 20CM and use the rollers with small size to compact. Back filling for the next layer will proceed after approved by consultant engineer. (* 2M+1.5Hm means that the “2M”=the minimum width of the mini roller and the “h”=the height of back filling.)Chapter Safety Ensuring and Environment Protection1. Safety Ensuring Measures (1). Organize the Safety Team Set up a safety team with the Project Manager as the team leader, the foremen as the team members and a Safety Inspector to handle the safety matters.(2). Set Up the Safety Ensuring Policy (a). Set the goal of safety: insist on “Safety comes first, focus on preventions, inculcating and policy” to eradicate great accidents completely. (b).Set up the Principle of “Everyday and Every MonthInspection”. (c). Every work team must consummate the Safety Policy according to the specific construction work feature and carry out the policy after approved by Project Manager. (d). Every equipment must be operated by the well-trained and special-trained operators. (3). Focus on the Safety Inculcating (a). Every operator must take training lessons and pass the relative exam before working. (b). Inculcate the safety matters and improve the workers abilityto deal with the dangerous situations. (c). Everyone coming to site must wear helmet. (d). Make outstanding road marks on the way of transportation.(4). Safety Properties Supply(a). The labors working in special conditions should hav
