摘要 摘要 本篇论文的出发点是英汉跨联现象的对比研究 跨联是话语理解过程中最常见的语 言现象之一 1 9 7 7 年心理语言学家c l a r k 首次使用这一术语用来指言语交际过程中人的 大脑通过话语中的某个明说内容或结构对其非明说的指称对象进行确认推理的非显性思 维活动 此后 国外关于跨联现象的研究己进行了近三十年 且成果相当丰富 近几年 国内在这一领域的研究也比较活跃 本论文首先对国内外关于本课题领域的研究现状作 了简要介绍和评论 同时又借鉴了一些现有的成果和方法 然后运用认知语言学领域中 的关联理论和认知模式理论对英汉跨联现象进行了分析阐释 目的是通过对英汉两种语 言材料的实证调查 对比研究来拓展关联理论 探讨深层次人类认知共性的存在 验证 一个假设 即无论是以英语为母语的人还是以汉语为母语的人在言语交际过程中 依赖 于人类认知模式的推理能力对话语理解的全过程都起着至关重要 有时甚至是决定性的 作用 并最终得出以下更为广义上的结论 在很多情况下话语理解过程中的指称确定离 不开跨联思维推理 必须经过非显性的跨联思维过程 而跨联思维又依赖大脑的认知推 理 这一推理过程又受人类认知模式的影响 跨联思维过程对语境假设 语境建构乃至 整个交际话语的理解都有着非常重要的引导性和制约性 本篇论文所用的例证材料全部都是英汉对比 且都经过实际验证和调查 全文共分 为六章 第一章引言部分介绍本篇论文的研究目的 要解决的问题及研究意义 全面阐 释不同学者对跨联现象的定义 并界定本研究所涉及的跨联现象范围 第二章对国内外 在本课题领域的研究现状进行简要介绍和评论 第三章介绍关联理论并论述关联理论框 架下跨联现象的认知推理过程 第四章介绍认知模式这一概念的起源以及有关认知模式 的代表性理论 论述认知模式理论对跨联现象
