Unit2 Bens birthday案例设计扬中市油坊中心小学 张芹【教材简介】:本单元围绕“的生日”这一主题,从谈论生日的具体日期入手,到邀请朋友参加生日聚会,小客人来访、祝贺、送礼等情节,把有关“询问日期”、“邀请”、“征求意见”等日常交际用语与词汇和句型有机的结合起来,体现的文化风俗和习惯。教师在教学中可根据学生的兴趣和需要开展丰富多彩的活动,在教授本单元内容的基础上,着重引导学生体会、了解英语国家人们过生日时的风俗习惯,以培养学生跨文化交际的能力。【设计理念】英语课程标准强调:英语课程从学生的学习兴趣、生活经验和认知水平出发,倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径,发展学生的综合语言运用能力。在设计任务型的教学活动时要以学生的生活经验和兴趣为出发点,内容和方式要尽量真实。【设计思路】:对于小学生来说,“过生日”“收礼物”永远是他们津津乐道的话题。本节课围绕过生日这一主题,分两个层次展开,一是由询问日期What date is it?导入询问生日Whens your birthday?二是由询问是否举行生日聚会导入谈论生日礼物,用What would you like as a birthday present?征徇对方的意见。本次授课对话语篇较长,生词较多,本单元的几个重点句型也在对话中同时出现,所以在授课过程中要注重教学方法,分清重点,化解难点。(1)在教学过程中,运用学生们熟知的旋律,创设氛围,引导学生将分散的注意力集中起来,使学生迅速地进入角色,主动参与课堂教学。(2)教学过程中运用学生已有的旧知What day is it today?来引出新知询问日期,能够给学生一个自然地过渡,并较好地对这两个句型进行比较,提高对新知旧知的区分和掌握。【目标预设】:1听懂、会说、会读、会写单词 a birthday,date,when,as,a present,first,second,March,May2听懂、会说、会读单词August, September,sixteenth, eighteenth,October,wait,VCD,Aladdin.1听懂、会说、会读句型-What date is it today ? -Its the -Whens your birthday ? -My birthday is on . What would you like as a birthday present ?- Id like 2学生能够学会问日期、问生日、征求意见,并能够运用本节课的重要句型进行综合的交际运用,培养学生综合语言运用的能力。3初步感知课文内容,在教师提示下能完成按课文内容填空及简单地复述课文。4让学生在学习的过程中学会相互合作,相互尊重,团结友爱。【教学重点、难点】:重点:1能够正确掌握本课交际用语并能够比较流畅地对话2使学生能够在掌握对话的基础上,运用本课的语言进行灵活的运用。难点:1掌握本课重要句型后能较熟练地运用。2在教师提示下复述课文。【教学过程】:Step1. Its the )Step3 Presentation1词汇、句型(1) What date is it today?训练学生正确朗读并了解单词date(日期)并在此回答:Its the of September。教师表示出惊叹The of September? Oh, my birthday is coming.引出单词birthday(read and spell)。(2)When s my birthday? Guess? 由于学生对于这一句型还不是非常了解,所以在这儿我给出两个选择,减低学生表达的难度。AIts on the seventeenth of September. B. Its on the eighteenth of September.(板书句型When s my /your birthday? Its on the )(3) Yes, my birthday is on the eighteenth of September. Ill have a birthday party. Whens your birthday?B: Its on the A: Hello, .What would you like as a present?B: Id like小记者采访活动(Do a survey)namebirthdaypresent2. 对话(1)整体感知。学生看课文动画,初步感知课文。(2)学生看课文动画后,要求学生轻读课文引言及第一段,回答问题:1.Who is Jim?2.Whens Jims birthday?3.Where are Jim and Ben?4.What are they talking about?要求学生根据问题内容对Jim作简要介绍。(3)学生听第一段对话录音,回答问题:1.What date is it today?2.Whens Bens birthday?听对话录音,跟读。(4)学生听第二段对话录音,完成对话后面的练习:Tick the correct answer。听对话录音,跟读。(5)学生轻读短文,完成阅读填空:Jim is Bens. Theyre in.Jims birthday is Bens birthday is Benll Hed like aand a as birthday presents.【教学反思】 本节课中我把A板块教学安排在了第一课时,这是一种新的尝试。在备课过程中我认真学习新英语课程标准,反复推敲教材和教学目标。在整个教学中融入新的教学理念,既体现了教师的教,又体现了学生的自主学习。本节课在以下几个方面取得了良好的教学效果。1“温故而知新”。运用旧知到新知的过渡是本课的一个重要环节,特别是由句型What day is it today?到 What date is it today?的过渡,过渡自然,并较好地对这两个句型进行比较,提高对新知旧知的区分和掌握。2通过多种活动培养学生的语言和思维能力。本节课中教授的内容比较多,学生学习起来存在着一定的困难。我在教学中创设多种教学情境,使学生在真实的情景中感知语言、运用语言。并力求做到在语言训练中培养思维能力。例如。本课课文内容比较长,所以把课文分为3个部分来教学,并采取回答问题、阅读填空、复述短文等多种活动来化解难点。3创设符合学生心理特点的教学情境。小学生对过生日这一话题永远乐此不疲,所以开篇我就创设了一个过生日的情境,一下子激发了学生的学习兴趣。后来的词汇、句型、语篇教学环节,我又设计了谈论教师生日、谈论Ben的生日、谈论同学之间的生日等环节来完成教学任务,使学生始终保持一种高昂的学习激情。 对于学到的英语知识,如果学生能够在现实生活中学以致用,学生会对这一学习活动非常感兴趣。学生对于生日这一话题非常感兴趣,所以教学中我由询问日期过渡到询问学生自己的生日,询问学生希望得到什么生日礼物,这一环节学生们非常感兴趣,特别是成绩较差的学生也都跃跃欲试,积极地表现自己,极好调动了学生们的学习积极性。“生活即教育”是陶行知先生教育理论的基本命题.生活教育,也就是给生活以教育,用生活来教育,为生活之需要而教育,在实践中学习知识、运用知识。Unit7Itsnice教学设计扬中市油坊中心小学 张芹【科研主题】优化英语教学方法,提高有效教学效率【教学内容】3AUnit7 Its nice第一课时教学【教材简析】本单元主要围绕表示服装的英语单词,通过复习前几单元介绍人物时已经出现的This is 和Thats ,学习由how 引导的感叹句,要求学生能在一定的情景下用Look at 和有关物主代词进行简单交谈以及表达赞美之意,在本单元教学内容中,his 和her 是新出现的物主代词,教师可以充分利用已学过的my 和your 帮助学生理解其用法。在操练过程中,教师可以建议学生用已学过的内容进行综合性操练,以扩展学生所说的内容。【目标预设】1能听懂、会说:Look,this is my/his/her及其应答Its smart /pretty/nice .表达赞美之意。2能听懂会、说服装类单词:a dress, a skirt, a T-shirt,a jacket, a sweater, a coat, a shirt, a blouse 及物主代词 his, her。3能利用常见的几类服装进行交谈。【重点、难点】学生能听懂会、说服装类单词,并使用Look,this is my/his/her及其应答Its nice.进行交谈。学生能区分并正确使用物主代词my/his/her。【设计理念】好的课堂教学给予学生的不仅仅是知识和技能,更多的是学习动机的唤醒,学习习惯的养成和思维品质的提升。在教学过程中,教师不再是教材的解读者和教案的执行者,而是一个善于创设教学情境、富有教学机智、充满教育智慧的人。课堂学习要给学生创设自由平等的学习空间和心灵的交际空间,使他们在学习中感到心境放松,心情愉快。课堂教学方法的选择是课堂教学效率高低的关键。在教学过程中,教师应采用多种有效的教学方法,激发学生学习兴趣,促进学生获取知识,形成能力,提高学生英语综合能力。【教学策略】根据教学内容、小学生学英语的认识规律和一般教学原则设计教学,充分利用实物和电教设备,创造各种语言情景,让学生利用各种感官参与英语学习的实践活动,学习服装类单词,并结合句型操练,正确使用物主代词my/his/her,提高学生运用语言的能力;恰当合理地运用多样化的教学方法,科学合理地设计教学游戏,激发学生学习兴趣,调动学习积极性,让学生在游戏中自然地、积极地学习与运用所学的语言知识,在游戏活动中喜学爱学,提高学生英语综合能力。【教具准备】衣物、课件【教学过程】一、 Greeting1.
