落实课程计划 体现学讲精神优化教学过程 提高教学效率 集体备课手册 三下英语主备：李 敏 (1026227079 ) 董艳红 ( )复备：_学校：_ _年_月_日写在前面的话尊敬的老师： 您好！为贯彻徐教教研【2013】4号文件“学讲计划”精神，积极有效推进我区课堂教学改革，提高我区小学教学水平和教学质量，根据教育局文件，借鉴先进学校经验，结合我区实际，教研室研究决定：从2014年秋季开始，组织全区小学英语、科学、思品、音乐、体育、美术、健康、信息技术等学科带头人、骨干教师开展电子集体备课。为了使这种具有实效性的方法能够适应并促进小学课堂教学改革，就复备作进一步要求。一、关于复备的内容、形式及要求 复备时应做到以下五个方面：1.标标记重点环节、重点问题、主要知识点及有比较性、典型性、易错性等内容，以便教学过程中引起注意。2增增加自己认为必要的教学内容、教学方法，对原教案中过简的环节补充具体说明、注释练习等。英语新授词要注上音标。3改改正原教案中的一些错误，根据实际修改原教案中不适应本班教学的教法、学法。4删一一删除原教案中自己认为不必要的教学内容及环节。5调根据需要调换教学内容及教学环节的呈现形式，调整原教案中过程设计的先后顺序。 以上备课要求中我们应强调对原教案的“增”、“改”与“调”，淡化“标”与“删”，着重个人复备过程中思考的深度，以避免拿来就用、大面积的“标”下划线。二、关于“复备栏”的使用 复备栏（眉记）中的复备主要包括教学内容的增补、对原教案增删修改的分析说明、预见性意见及对策、对原教案中的教法、学法分析说明等。复备时注意与原教案中的修改标记相对应。复备需高度重视对教学过程及内容的修改、调整与补充。另外，原教案的字里行间空白之处都可以作为复备的空间，不必拘泥于形式的要求。三、关于“教后笔记”的撰写学期教后笔记次数不少于总课数的三分之一。教后笔记既要写出教学法、教学效果的总结、教学信息的反馈，更要体现对教法、学法等理性的分析。四、关于对“复备”的培训、督查与监控。教研室将举行专门的培训强化复备意识，同时加大督查与监控力度，不定期随机抽查执行情况，一查一小节，一查一通报。复备是课前准备的过程，也是教师提高知识水平和教学能力、总结教学经验的过程。同时，也是教师把可能的教学能力转化为现实的教学能力的过程。在今后的教学中，我们全体小学教师需进一步做好课时备课，共同学习、共同进步，最大限度地发挥集体备课手册的功效。老师们，一个学生对我们来说是几十分之一，但是对每个家庭确实100%。为了每个孩子的成长，为了每个家庭的幸福，让我们携手并肩，共同行走在铜山教育的改革之路上！ 铜山区教育局教研室 二0一四年八月Unit 1 In class一 单元教学内容简析： 本单元是新学期开学时的第一个单元，又是上课展开话题，课文中出现的课堂中出现的情景境是学生非常熟悉的，因此教师在教学时，不用大费心思去创设情景，而是可以直接利用上课的环境实际演练。学生对本单元开始要学的字母的发音可能不太熟悉，这是本学期开始要学的一个新的知识点。教授字母的发音是为音标的学习、单词的拼读打基础，教室要引起重视。在一开始就应当注意学生的发音准确的问题。在教学重点词汇和短语时，建议教师尽量多创设真实情境进行教学，并且适当地采取游戏、唱儿歌等多种教学形式来提高学生的学习积极性。另外教师可大量运用挂图、幻灯片、图片为媒介，让学生亲自参与、体验、合作，对所学内容能主动练习和实践。二 单元教学要求： 1掌握句型“Please”。 2 掌握日常交际用语“Come in.
