As overall production capacity of phosphatic compound fertilizer industry in Yunnan province is approached to maximum, future direction will be protective exploitage on phosphorous resource; effective reform on the existing large and middle scale plant aiming at energy-saving and exhausts-reducing; promotion on management innovation of the logistic system of the large enterprise group at home and abroad construction of “combination of phosphorus rock, sulfuric acid, chemical fertilizer and chemicals” and development of wet feed-grade and industrial-grade phosphates products. The industrialization and economic benefit regarding with the process are also analyzed simply. The research results show that the phosphoric acid with 22% P2O5 and phosphogypsum with high quality as a by-product can be obtained by treating with phosphate rock with 16% P2O5. The new process displays a good utilization prospect. Objective is to explore transformation characteristics of DAP in calcareous soil and mechanism of fertilizer phosphorus fixation, and to find key factors which affect the efficiencies of phosphate fertilizers in such kind of soil. The optimum mixing process conditions and pile-turning curing conditions with different contents of impurities are explored by using 58% of sulfuric acid concentrated thermally from 45% of dilute sulfuric acid, production costs are reduced significantly. Based on defluorination for purified phosphoric acid, extraction and filtration for raw phosphoric acid neutralization and filtration by using milk of lime for production of feed-grade dicalcium phosphate,the process control indexes are described respectively.
