Get some of the students to answer the questions and lead them to todays topic: comedies, comedians and laughter. 1) Do you know who they are?2) What art forms are they performing?3) what kind of other things can make you laugh?Step 2 SkimmingThe students are given time to read the article and get the main idea of the whole article.Task: Students read the passage quickly and answer questions. Step 3 ScanningAter the students have a good outline of the article, the teacher will lead students to a deep understanding of the text. Task :1.
