could have had a wife and children waiting for him somewhere wondering what had happened Do you know if he was married 5 W Well he couldn蒺t have been because if he蒺d been married his wife would have reported him missing M Do you know what happened to him afterwards W Well apparently he蒺s been able to find his parents and now he蒺s back in England living with them M It can蒺t be easy for his parents living with someone who doesn蒺t remember their past They must be having a difficult time adjusting to it all W Well in my experience of these cases pieces of memory do gradually come back He may remember some things already and over a few years he蒺ll probably be able to remember quite a lot He could make a total recovery one day Conversation Two Listen to the conversation mark each question many things that can disturb your deep sleep and awaken you during your light sleep phase Noise is the biggest problem Daytime sleepers have to contend with noisy neighbours children traffic lawn mowers and such Noise is the most common complaint of people who sleep during the day so noise prevention should be given top priority When looking for a home to rent or buy always look for one in a generations of programming Since sunlight will disturb your day you should choose a house where the bedroom is on the north side of the house Wear a black eyemask to further block out the light You don蒺t want any light coming in through your eyelids while you蒺re sleeping For most night shift workers it蒺s wise to stay on the same sleep schedule even during the weekends If you work 5 days a week
