Im sorry to hear that.二、教学难点：运用所学陈述产生某种心情的原因。三、课前准备：1、 资源中心的相关素材。2、 短语卡片：a big trip, a hard trip, failed the math test, failed the English test, failed the Chinese test3、 Lets try，Lets talk部分的录音。4、 几张不及格的各科试卷。四、教学过程：1、 Warm up （ 热身）活动一： Sing and chant教学参考时间：3-4分钟（1） 教师播放Lets sing和Lets chant部分歌曲歌谣，学生表演说唱。（2） 出示卡片：have a f_ver h_ _ t have a c _ ld have a t _ _th _ che have a h _ _d _che have a sore thr _ _t _ngry h_ppy s_d t_r_d _xc_ted请个别学生朗读、说出所缺字母并用肢体语言或表情说明意思。活动二 Greeting教学参考时间：3分钟(1) 教师说：Im happy. Because I have a new dress, now. (2) 用How are you？问候学生，引导学生用 “Im”加上节课所学形容词来说出自己的心情；学生回答后，教师说：Im glad / sorry to hear that. 然后问：Can you tell me why? 引导学生说说产生这种心情的原因。2、 Presentation（呈现新知）活动三 Learn the dialogue教学参考时间：5分钟（1） 教师说：Liu Yun is excited, because she is going on a big trip. But Sarah is sad, because she failed the math test.（2） 出示词组：a big trip 教师说：Do you remember the robot, the straw man, the dog, the monkey and the rabbit? They are on a hard trip. 呈现：a big trip和a hard trip引导学生理解意思。（3） 拿出一张数学不及格的试卷呈现给学生，说：Oh, Sarah failed the math test.出示词组：failed the math test，引导学生说出意思并跟读，再出示一些英语、语文等科目不及格的试卷，引导学生说出：failed the English test, failed the Chinese test，教师适时出示卡片，全体认读。（4） 教师播放Lets talk部分对话录音，学生跟读。（5） 师生就对话内容进行问答：T：Who looks happy? Why?S：Liu Yun looks happy. She is going on a big trip.T：Who looks sad? Why? S：Sarah looks sad. She failed the math test. （6）两人一组分角色进行对话练习。活动四 Lets talk教学参考时间：3-4分钟（1） 将教材P20 Lets talk部分的三张插图呈现给学生，启发学生说出描述三个人物的心情和原因的语句：The girl is sad, because her cat is ill. It cant play with her.The girl is happy, because her mother bought her a new dress.The boy is angry, because the dog took away his pencil.（2） 学生两人一组根据对话的结构替换关键词编对话。A: How are you, ? You look so happy?B: Yes, I am excited. My mother bought me a new dress. How are you, ? You look angry, now.A: My dog took away my pencil and I cant do my homework, now.（3） 分组汇报表演。活动五 Listen and number教学参考时间：3-4分钟（1） 教师呈现Lets try部分的四幅图：How do they feel? 请学生用一个词描述他们的心情：sad, tired, happy, bored。（2） 教师播放录音，学生看图标序号。（3） 再次播放录音，学生跟读，教师略作讲解。3、 Lets play （趣味操练）活动六 Pair work教学参考时间：4分钟（1） 教师做出很开心的表情问学生：Look at me！ How do I feel? 学生说：You look happy.教师马上说：Yes, because you did a good job. 教师再做出不开心的表情问学生：Look at me now. How do I feel? 学生回答：You are sad. 教师说：Yes, because I have a toothache. 并提示学生说：I am sorry to hear that.（2） 请学生做出各种表情让大家猜：Look at me, how do I feel? 有人回答后教师启发学生说一说产生这种心情的原因“Because .”。（3） 学生分组互问互答，教师巡视指导。活动七 Lets check教学参考时间：4分钟（1） 呈现Lets check部分1：Sarah is not happy, she is sick. Read the sentences and there are two things Sarah should not do. Find them, please. 学生阅读句子选择答案。（2） 朗读句子共同核对答案：Go swimming. Read many books.（3） 呈现Lets check部分2：How does Amy feel? 学生阅读后回答：She is sad.T：Why?S：Her dog Spot has run awayT：How can you make her feel better?
