Learn English by listening and speaking .2. Learn English by using what we have learned.3. Learn English by working together.4. Learn to write in English by copying what youre learning.Key points:Learn the ways to write in English.Difficult points:How to write in English fluently.Analysis of the students:The students have learned English for more than half a year in junior high school. They are interested in speaking and listening to English. However, some of them are not good at writing in English. Its necessary for them to do more practice in writing.Teaching procedure:Step one Warming up1. Daily report: “My groups favorite animals”.2. Ask and answer about the report. The reporter judges right or wrong.Step 2 PresentationPresent learning aims and learning strategies. Step 3 Talk about animals1.Listen to the teachers description and guess out the names of animals(词汇储备)Ask individual student to describe like this: Pandas come from China. I like pandas because they are beautiful and shy.3、Read about Mimi and koala brothers.(Model范文阅读)Read and think: What does it talk about Mimi and koala brothers?
