unit 1 it allows people to get closer to them教学内容:unit1 it allows people to get closer to them.课型:listening and speaking教学目标: 1、能够正确使用下列单词和词组:snake, neck, thin, danger, in danger, at last, interested, allow, think of, protect, grow, take away, enough, look after, raise2、能用动词不定式作宾语补足语、目的状语。3、能够听懂有关保护动物的对话,并获取当中的相关信息。4、能够与人谈论如何保护濒危动物。教学重难点:1、能够听懂有关保护动物的对话,并获取当中的相关信息。2、能够与人谈论如何保护濒危动物。(难点)教学准备:课堂整体运用任务型教学模式,培养学生独立自主的学习能力。本课指导学生通过听说获取信息,培养学生的听说技能。在教学过程中,采用多媒体手段辅助教学,利用各种图片和习题任务贯穿整个教学过程。因此,本节课需准备:ppt课件、挂图、课堂练习表格、奖品教学过程:教学步骤教师活动学生活动设计意图step onewarming-up (3)lead in1. play a guessing game: show the students part of a picture and make guess, whats this?2free talk: (1)can animals do something for us? (2) do you think all animals live in peace?1. guess and say the sentences like this: i think this is a tiger2. students have the free talk.以旧引新,先引导学生回顾已学过关于动物的名称,活跃课堂气氛。通过这个环节,可以训练学生的反应又在无形中培养学生大胆说英语的习惯。活跃了课堂气氛。step twopre-task(5)show students some pictures about some animals, show the title of module 6 and lecture the new words as well.eg: snake, neck, thin, danger, in danger, at last, interested, allow, think of, protect, grow, take away, enough, look after, raisewatch pictures learn some new words and try to describe them like this :the giraffe has long neck and it is very tall引导学生谈论图片,训练学生描述事情的能力。在描述的同时学习新单词和句型,做到词不离句,为学生扫清听的障碍。step threewhile -task (24)1. listen and choose(1)t: now lets listen and find out:1. what is this weeks animal world about? a. pandas b. snakec. lions2. what animals arent in danger?a. snakes b. pandasc. elephants2. listen and watch the video, then find out: why are many animals in danger? 3. t:since so many animals are in danger, what can we do to help them?
