This sessionwillengagestudentsinpracticalexercisesinanattempttostimulatestudents interestsintoparticipatinginlanguagecommunication.Bydoingso,studentswillbegladtoputthelanguageinuse,whichcouldsetabetterlearningcontextforstudents andserveasagoodfoundationforfulfillingtheobjectivesofteaching.Textbook Anylysis 教材分析The task of Junior English Course is to make students grasp some basic English knowledge and four skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing; inspire students interest of learning English and form good learning habits and effective learning strategies; develop their abilities of independent learning and teamwork spirit. This is an important lesson in this unit. In this unit, students learn to talk about geography and nature and how to describe and compare facts about the world. Its helpful to raise learning interest of students. This period mainly provides the target language and the key vocabularies for students. Through listening and oral practice, students can have a brief understanding of how to talk about geography and nature.Objectives 教学目标Knowledge Objectives 知识目标1. To learn and master the following words and phrases: Qomolangma; the Nile; the Caspian Sea; the Sahara; square; meter; kilometer; deep; desert; in size.2.
