The microbe was put into the bed carriers (such as sawdust or wood shavings or other fluffy bodies) and then put into the fermentation tank. When the excreta enter into the fermentation tank and mix up with microbe bed, the aerobic microorganisms and other effective microorganisms produce protease , lipase ,etc which can make excreta decomposed into minor molecule substances.The minor molecule substances can be transformed into CO2,H2O,etc by function of microbial degradation. The excreta eventually emit in form of gas and water.The stench can be eliminated by deodorant microbe. The microb proliferates gradually according to the amount of excreta into the fermentation tank. The process of proliferation finishes when degradation completed. Declined microbe die naturally in case of the absence of nutrients (excreta), Robust and effective microbe maintain on normal level. The hole process lasts for about ten to twenty hours, BRD(Biodegradation Rate) is over than 96%.The excreta can be decomposed effectively in the low, medium and high temperatures.人的排泄物进入降解装置；排泄物进入降解装置后与菌床进行充分混合；生长在载体上的高效菌种最终把排泄物转化成有机肥(小便转化成营养液肥)；无须清运人的排泄物就地资源化、无害化做到循环利用。Degradation of human waste into the device；degradation of manure into the device after a full mixed with bacteria，growth in the carrier on the effective endto fecal bacteria into organic fertilizer(urinate into nutnent liquid fertilizer)，and no cleanup，on the stool Resources and sound，be recycled设施及布置Facilities and arrangement厕所的主机设置在坐便器下方，主要功能是将排泄物与降解介质均匀混合，附在其外壳上的加热器可以保持在60一70范围内以便降解菌群有效工作。主机主要由搅笼、壳体、传动器、加热器、排气系统等组成。搅笼为螺旋状，与传动器相连其壳体及搅拌器均采用耐酸不锈钢制造能满足耐酸碱抗腐蚀要求；传动件用高强度优质钢制造，外表均作特殊防腐处理，经久耐用；排气系统采用静音轴流式风机，配特殊PVC管，外表亮洁美观耐腐蚀，不变形。电控系统由电脑逻辑电路实行智能自动控制，无需人工手动操作。The host is installed in the bottom of closestool, it，s main fuction is to mix up excreta with degradation medium.The heater attached to the casing can make temperature matain at about 60一70, make sure the microbe to work effectively. The host is mainly composed by mixing cage, shell, acturators, heater, exhaust system, etc. Mixing cage is in the shap of spiral and connect with acturators. The shell and stirrer are made of acid-resistant stainless steel which can meet the requirements of resistance of acid and alkali corrosion. The acturators are made of high quality steel, it，s surfaces are treated as special anti-corrosion treatment which is very durable. Exhaust system choose quiet axial fan,and special PVC pipe with bright clean appearance. It is also Corrosion-resistant and non-deformation. Electronic control system is controlled automatically by computer with no need of manual labor.三、运输及安装注意事项Matters needing attention for transport and installation 厕所在运输过程中应按包装箱上显示的标志吊装，不可横置、倒置。Toilets must be hoisted according to the marks shown on the packing box during the course of transport and dont place it horizontally or upside-down. 厕所不允许堆码存放。Storage of the toilet in a stacking form is not permissible. 厕所安装要设单独的电源开关，电源要有符合市电供电要求的接地线，供电质量符合市电要求。Set an independent power supply switch for installation of the toilet; the power supply should have the grounding line according with the requirements to commercial power supply; the power supply quality should accord with the requirements to commercial power supply. 空旷地带使用本厕所时要设避雷装置。A lightning protector should be installed when the toilet is in a spacious place. 厕所安装位置要具备车辆进出及吊装条件。The installation position of the toilet must be available for passage of vehicles and hoisting. 四、使用及注意事项Application and matters needing attention厕所安装后要对房体平整，基础稳固进行校验检查，确认无误后进行空机试验同时对电控统校验检查，空载运行无误后方可加入降解介质运行。Check and verify whether the toilet body is level and the foundation is solid after the installation of the toilet; carry out the no-load operation after no error is found and meanwhile check and verify the electric control system. The degradation medium can be filled after the no-load operation is normal.厕所要有专人管理，负责设施的日常维护。Someone must be put in charge of daily maintenance of the toilet facilities.如厕人员要按厕所门锁上的“有人”“无人”显示选择用厕，进厕后旋转门锁上的关闭钮，以闭锁厕门。Use the toilet according to the indications “Occupied” and “Unoccupied” on the door lock; lock the door by turning the closing button on the door lock after you go in.如厕人员应正确使用厕具，使用蹲便器时不可蹲错方向。当双脚踏入蹲便器距光电开关不大于O4米时光电开关感应，此时安全活动档板开启，开启过程为2秒钟，如厕结束离开厕具活动挡板随即关闭。Correctly use the toilet apparatus and use the squatting pan according to the correct direction. When your feet are not more than 0.4 m away from the photoelectric switch, the switch responses and the safety moving apron opens; the opening course lasts for 2 seconds. The moving apron is closed immediately after you leave the toilet apparatus.使用小便器时，人距光电开关不大于04米可听见“咔、咔”声响的电磁阀动作声，此为释放小便处理液，不影响使用小便器。 In using the urinal, you will hear the sound (“Kar, kar”) of action of the electromagnetic valve when you are not more than 0.4 m away from the photoelectric switch. The sound implies that urinate treating liquid is being released and the use of the urinal will not be influenced.如厕时应注意不可将排泄物之外的其他东西进入蹲便器或小便器内。Be sure not to put substances other than excreta into the squatting pan or the urinal.如厕时如不慎意外将钥匙、笔记本、手机等掉入蹲便器后要立即通知管理人员取出，否则将会造成设损坏。In case you get your keys, notebooks, mobile, etc to fall into the squatting pan unexpectedly, immediately notice the administrative staff to take out the fallen things; otherwise, the facilities will be damaged.幼儿、高龄、醉酒、神志不清者等使用厕所时要有正常人帮助Normal persons help is necessary when the toilet is to be used by children, people at advanced age, drunken men or a person not in his right mind. 冬季雨雪、结冰气候时要在人行落脚处加设防滑铺垫。In winter when it snows or water freezes, a no-slip mat should be put where your feet are stepping. 厕所每天停用时不要关闭电源，要让其在无人用厕的情况下自动完成降解排泄物。Dont turn off the power supply when the toilet is unused, in order to make the excreta to be degraded automatically when no one uses the toilet.厕所停用一周以上时要关闭电源，再次使用时要预先开机预热24小时检查降解介质无结块呈松散状时再开放厕所。 Turn off the power supply if the toilet will be unused for a week or above. Before it is used again, preheat the machine for 2-4 hours and confirm that the degradation medium is loose without agglomerate. 一个月以上的长期停用厕所再次使用时还要对主机进行全面检查，试运行无误后再使用。It is necessary to check the hoist integrally when the toilet has been unused for a month or above; use the toilet again after the commissioning is normal.五、故障分析与排除方法Troubleshooting故障现象Failures原因Reasons解决方法Solutions机器不工作The machine doesnt work电源未接通；Power supply is not switched on;保险管损坏；Protective tube is damaged;电气或机械故障Electrical or mechanical failures送电；Switch on;更换保险管；Replace the protective tube;通知专业人员维修Ask the professionals to maintain 风机不转The blower doesnt turn叶片或管道阻塞Blades or pipes are blocked 清除阻塞物Remove the blockage小便器不畅通The urinal is blocked浮盖或管口堵塞；Floating cover or pipe inlet is blocked;水封处结冰Water seal is frozen 取下浮盖清除堵塞物；Take off the floating cover and remove the blockage;取下浮盖用热水融化Take off the floating cover and melt ice with hot water蹲便器挡板不工作The apron of the squatting pan doesnt act 滑道杂物阻塞；Slide is blocked by impurities;滑道进水结冰Slide is frozen 清除滑道杂物；Remove impurities;用热水融冰Melt ice with hot water门窗门锁开关不灵活Doors, windows or door locks are not in flexible action绞接活动部位润滑不良Poor lubrication in positions of splice action在相应位置加润滑油Lubricate the relevant positions排泄物降解不彻底、有臭味Excreta is not degraded completely and there is offensive odor 降解介质中杂物多；Many impurities in degradation medium;降解介质干燥；Degradation medium is dry;降解介质水分过大；Too much moisture in degradation medium;降解介质部分失效Degradation medium has lost efficacy partly检出杂物；Remove impurities;适当添加水分；Fill water properly;取出降解介质晾晒到适合；Take out degradation medium and air it till the moisture is suitable;取出部分降解介质，等量补充Take out the part of degradation medium which has lost efficacy and replenish the equivalent.排泄物不降解Excreta cant be degraded降解介质失效Degradation medium has lost efficacy通知专业人员更换Ask the professionals to replace it六、保养及维护Maintenance厕所管理人员要经常检查设施运行情况，发现问题及时处理，保持厕所及环境卫生。The administrative staff of the toilet must often check the operating conditions of the facilities, timely treat the found problems and keep the toilet hygienic. 经常对主机及活动绞接部位加注润滑油。Lubricate the hoist and the splice action positions with lubricating oil.擦拭厕具及设施时湿质物不可进入电气元件中，不要用大量水冲地板，污水不要进入发酵槽。Dont get the wet substances into the electric elements when cleaning toilet apparatus; dont rinse the floor with a large quantity of water; dont get wastewater into the fermentation tank.擦拭厕具时可用少量清水清洗，不要将洗洁精、洗衣粉等活性物质进入发酵槽。The toilet apparatus can be washed with a small amount of clean water when it is being cleaned; dont get active substances (such as detergent and washing powder) into the fermentation tank.经常检查电子飘香机，发现飘香失效要及时更换飘香剂。Check the electro-fragrance machine regularly and replace the fragrance agent when it has lost efficacy.经常检查小便处理液液位，发现将用尽时要及时补充。Check the liquid level of the urinate treating liquid regularly and make replenishment when it is running out. 定期捡取发酵槽中的卫生巾、烟盒、塑料袋等杂物，特别是金属物件要及时清除。捡取时要拉下电源停止主机运行，将部分降解介质取出后捡取，不可在运行状态下捡取。Periodically collect and remove such matters as sanitary towel, cigarette case and plastic bags in the fermentation tank, especially the metal parts. Be sure to turn off the power supply to stop the operation of the hoist and take out a part of degradation medium before collection; dont carry out the collection under operating status.不要随意移动、撬动设施，不要重击墙面、地面等。Dont move or pry the facilities at will and dont hit the wall face, floor, etc heavily.发现机械或电气故障后要停止使用并及时排除，不可带故障继续使用厕所。Stop using the toilet and timely remove failures when mechanical or electrical systems were out of order; dont continue to use the toilet which has broken down.七、特别敬告Special notice严禁杀菌剂、消毒剂、杀菌除臭剂等化学药剂倒入厕具内!Pouring such chemical agent as fungicide, disinfectant and deodorant into the toilet apparatus is forbidden!严禁汽油、柴油、食物油等油脂倒入厕具内!Pouring such oils as gasoline, diesel oil and food oil into the toilet apparatus is forbidden!严禁用铜丝、铝线等代替电气保险丝!Replacing electric fuse with copper wire or aluminum wire is forbidden!严禁用水冲内墙壁、主机传动件及电控箱等!Washing inner wall, hoist transmission parts and electric control box with water is forbidden!不可随意拆卸、改动设施上的设置、保险、防护元件。Dont dismantle or change at will the settings, safety devices and protective elements on the facilities!不可在运行下开启主机门触及旋转机件及电器元件!Dont open the hoist door contact or turn the rotating machine parts and electric elements when the system is operating!不可在运行状态下强行捡取漏到发酵槽内的物品!Dont collect the articles leaking into the fermentation tank when the system is operating!每天用厕人次超过处理额定值发生报警显示时必须停用厕所!Be sure to stop using the toilet when alarm indicates that the number of persons going to the toilet surpasses the quota!补充和更换降解介质及捡取降解介质中杂物时必须拉下电源开关，停止主机运行后进行!Be sure to turn off the power supply and stop running the hoist before replenish and replace the degradation medium and collect the impurities therein!发现不可处理的电气和机械故障时，必须通知专业人员维修!Be sure to notice the professionals for maintenance in case electric or mechanical failures are found difficult to deal with!维修、报修电话：400-618-9911 (用户免费电话)Telephone for reporting maintenance: 800-860-9906 (free for customers)公司电话：010626505
