The global financial crisis has broken out several years, so its influence is disappearing. The taste of public is becoming more and more various, and there are many cloth companies join in this industry, so the company faces increasing competition. In order to earn more profits, win more market share, and the last but most important, make more historical clothes, the company must improve its products quality to fit into costumers style. So they can enhance efficiency, expand markets, product areas, to create a better company performance. Also we need to follow the companys actual situation to develop the company handbook for UNITED COLORS OF BENETTON available.Project objectives: (by Ding Wen)By studying the companys organizational structure, value chain, planning of sales, give public notice of a vacancy to be filled, culture, marketing, communication, financial situation and social responsibility and so on about the UNITEDCOLORSOFBENETTON to finish company handbookProject scope: (by Ding Wen)About the project, we should search for the Benettons basic information, such as its organizational structure, culture and marketing and so on. We shouldnt expedite the companys business secrets and other message the company doesnt want outer know, such as the sample cloth that havent been published. Project result: (by Yuan Jia)Every week, we have different assignments. For the first week, we should finish the initial paper, this plan should let each member know about the whole process about our project and some basic things that we need to do for our project. For the second week, we should finish the definition phase (project plan). We should understand this project and our company enough. For the third week, we should do the production phase (project archive). In this week, we will arrange the detailed things of the meeting notes in written form and we will let others know how we get our resources and data. It concludes books, articles, writers or interviewees. We also should finish the report about consultative meetings. For the forth week, we should finish concluding phase(project result, lessons-learned report, and evaluation meeting).we will evaluate ourselves and we need to say what we get from the project such as knowledge, skill, thought, ect. The manners we use in our project play an important part. So we should let others know. Finally, we may take a photo for our group.who are new for the company to know Benetton well.Preconditions: (by Jia Yuguang)We will plot a business manual for Benetton. The company manual should have features as follows:1. We should make sure that our business manual is realistic and useful and every message is true and popular. We also should ensure that we couldnt divulge our companys secret. 2. We should make sure that our business manual can provide enough information to let employees know our company. After knowing they can service for our company and society.Things what we need to do:1. We should finish our assignments correctly and on time.2. We should distribute our assignments on the basis of each members merit.3. We should have a clear-cut system of award and punish.4. We should communicate with each other fluent, effective and in time.Critical success factors: (by Jia Yuguang)1. Our group member should have strong collectivism and responsibility.2. We should distribute our assignments accurately and ensure that our communication is exact.3. Each member should help with each other and unite.4. We should communicate often with our client and Wang Tao so that we can get the reply in time.Or1. If we dont get the information correctly we will fail.2. If we are not united we wont finish our assignment.3. If we dont understand our task and assignment we will fail.Project organisation: (by Cheng Ye)Leader(Jia Yuguang):He is the person who undertake the eventually duty. But the other members in team can share his responsibilities, so leaders duty in program will be more relaxed than in truly corporation. He determines the work of the whole program team such as organize the program meetings with the secretary and preside over it.Secretary (Yuan Jia): She helps the leader prepare the program meetings and sets schedules. Whats more, she should supply settle manners and action forms for program meetings.Planer(Liu Huilin):She superintends the performance of schedule which was settled in action plan books. If there is some deviation in programs action compare for the initial plan, she should report and correct them. At the same time, she will remind other members their missions if it needed.Communicator(Cheng Ye):She need to settle and keep the relevance with others. She need communicate with the consultant and the clients. And she should transform the content of communication into words as a part of the data. And she will report the process of communicating in the meetings of program teams.Archivist (Ding Wen): She superintends to take good care of the teams data. And Ding Wen takes the duty of putting down meetings points.Project quality plan: (by Yuan Jia)Every meeting we should understand the requirement enough. Every week secretary should summarize the report and remind others to do things. Ensuring to meet the need of our client, we should take advice from the consultant often and call the shopkeepers.Communication plan: (by Cheng Ye)Exchange information with client regularly. Ask consultant for help in time when we run into problems. Mainly through phone, e-mail, meetings , etc.Schedule: (by Cheng Ye)Risk control: (by Liu Huilin)l The most important risk 1. To our group the most important risk is whether we can finish our task successfully.2. We did not gain anything from doing the project, such as the meaning of the project interpersonal communication, work skills, self-confidence.3. Some members may feel they are not needed or feel it makes none sense to continue this project ,4. Agreement may not signed without any dissenting view, disagreement may escalate into conflict5. Some behavior may not consistent withour projects requirement, for instance, being late for the meeting, absence from the meeting, doing something that has nothing to do with the meeting while the meeting is held, ect.l How to avoid these risks: 1. We draw up a plan to manage our work, including the agenda weekly, and the planner will immediately reports any deviations observed from the Initial Paper or Project Plan to the project group and ensures that s
