.公司资助员工学习培训程序Procedures for Employee Training Supported by Company 员工学习培训作为人才发展计划的必要措施,应该有组织、有计划的进行,为规范员工培训特制定本管理程序。Employee training is a necessary measure for elites development plan. It should be well organized and planned. So we make this procedure for managing employee training.一.继续教育资助政策Bachelor and Above Degree Education Program1. 目的:Purpose 鼓励员工通过继续教育,获得并发展知识,技能和能力提高为实现公司目标做贡献的能力Encourage employees to gain and develop knowledge, working skills and enhance their abilities through continuous education to be dedicated to realizing ccompany target.2. 适用范围: (具备以下条件) ConditionsA.员工表现优秀The employee with excellent performance that has been put in the potential list and the company has a further plan to him or her. B. 正式员工并在公司服务满1年,且在业绩评估中被评为超出工作要求至少是达到工作要求的员工.The regular employees who have served company for one year and have at least reached or exceeded the standards in employee performance and management evaluation.C. 知识层面的提高,公司认为是高潜力员工并对未来发展有进一步的计划,需要知识层面的提高. Knowledge broadening: employees are considered high potential employees and are included in company future development plan.D.有培训预算 The business unit should have such training budget for the employees.3.批准程序 Approval ProcedureA.员工本人申请硕士以上学位教育培训,由业务主管, 总经理批准后,递交给人力资源部备存 The bachelor or above degree education programs that employees apply for or business unit arrange for should be approved by immediate supervisor, general manager, and also should be kept record by HR Dept. B.员工已经自行选择学校并开始学习,原则上公司不再批准资助. The employees who have selected the institute personally and have been attending the classes already will not be sponsored by company in principle.C.批准人应确认员工申请的课程是否与公司的业务或工作有关.Approvers should affirm whether the education programs employees apply for are relevant with company business or work.D.批准人应确认员工申请课程和学校 符合公司政策及是否具备申请资格.Approvers should affirm whether the education programs and schools are up to company policies and qualifications.4.学校选择 Institute SelectionA.所参加学习的学校必须是政府教育部门承认学历的大学,学院或成人教育机构.The education program diploma should be approved by government. B.员工所参加学习的学校必须有授予政府教育机构承认的硕士/博士/MBA/EMBA学位的资格.The schools should be qualified for awarding Master/ Doctor/ MBA/ EMBA Degree certificate acknowledged by governmental education organizations.C.学习时间(除特殊情况如考试)必须在工作时间以外.Study time(Except special conditions like examinations) must be beyond working hours.5.学费 Tuition FeeA.员工本人申请硕士以上学位的学习,经批准程序批准后,公司承担学费.company will pay the piper after approvals if employees apply further study for Master Degree or above.C.公司承担的费用不包括交通;住宿;餐费;设备或工具等所需费用.(特殊批准除外).The expenses company bear do not include transportation, lodging, meals, facilities or equipments cost (except special approvals).D.所学课程结束后不能取得学位;中途退学;学习期间业绩考核不能达到工作要求,公司不承担学费,已报销的学费应退还公司.If employees cant gain degree after all training courses or drop out or performance cant match company requirements, company will not bear training expenses, and the reimbursed expenses should be returned to company.E.下次申请教育资助需上次教育资助结束后满5年.The next time education program application should be five years later than this time education expenses reimbursement.6.公司资助的硕士以上学位的学习入学前要签订学习结束继续后在公司服务2-3年(学费RMB20万元以下2年,21万元以上3年)的培训协议.(具体见培训协议)The trainee supported by company for bachelor or above degree education program should sign a training bond agreement with 2-3 service years after training (refer to the details from training bond agreement)二.外语/电脑及与本职工作有关的技能性培训资助计划Foreign Language/Computer Training Program Sponsored by Company1. 目的:Purpose通过学习,培训提高个人的知识;技能,以便更好的服务于公司To broaden employees knowledge and working skills in order to serve company more efficiently through study.2. 适用范围Applicable CoverageA.中国地区正式员工The regular staff of companyB.上年业绩评估结果至少达到工作要求的员工.The employees who have at least reached the standards in employee performance and management evaluation last year.3.培训课程要求A.对员工目前职位上的工作表现有帮助,即与员工目前工作有密切联系的课程.The courses should be a help to employees current work, in others words, should have close relationship with employee抯 current work.B.对员工马上要从事的项目和任务有帮助,即对员工转换工作有密切联系的课程.The courses should be a help to the projects and missions that employees will be engaged in, in others words, should have close relationship with employee抯 current work. C.对提高语言或工作技能有关的课程.The courses can improve language abilities and working skills.3.资助条件 ConditionsA.有培训预算.The business unit should have such training budget for the employee.B.培训必须与业务发展密切关联_ The training should be job-related.D.培训须事先填写提出申请 The training must be applied for in advance.E.培训是在工作时间以外进行_ The employee should attend such training program in spare time.F.培训必须得到直接主管的批准并递交人力资源部备存._ The training program should be approved by immediate supervisor.G.培训学校应是政府承认办学的学校和办学单位。 The training institute should be approved by government for certificate.4.学费资助 Limitation to the Sponsor FeeA.公司资助培训费每年原则上不多于RMB3000元. The sponsor fee by company should not be exceed 3000RMB per year.B.已参加公司组织的外语,电脑培训,本年度公司不再提供资助. The policy will not be applicable to those who have already attended foreign language or computer training organized by company this year.5.资助费用报销程序 Reimbursement ProcedureA.先培训,后报销公司资助的费用.B.提供全部培训课程的成绩报告_ Employee should provide scores of all the training course.C.提供毕业证/结业证书。 Employee should provide graduate certificate.D.培训结束后公司 支付公司资助的费用 Training fee will be reimbursed after training completion.三.国外培训Overseas trainings1. 由于业务需要出国培训的费用由公司支付.For business purpose, overseas trainings are paid by company.2. 由于业务需要员工需出国培训(不包括到国外开会)原则上要签订培训协议.For business purpose, employees should sign training bond agreements in principle for overseas trainings(except overseas meetings).3. 一年中多次出国培训,以费用最高一次计算当年培训后在公司的服务时间.For times of overseas trainings, the highest cost among them should be counted for additional service terms with company after overseas trainings are done.4. 出国培训一个月或直接费用(包括交通/住宿/餐饮/资料/培训费等)为10000美元及以
