The Risk Management of Construction Project Abstract In the present construction project, risk management is known by people step by step. The passage has studied the meaning of risk management, and put forward some control risk measures. Because the construction project has the feature of long period, huge amount of money, difficulty in construction and complex technology. Whats more, there are many unpredicted things during the construction. If we dont prevent them, they will affect the project. Therefore, the passage through analyzing the feature of the construction project risk, proposed countermeasures of the risk caused by human factors and economic factors for the owner and the risk that the contractor faced in project selection stage, decision stage, contract signing stage and project implementation stage respectively. As to the owner, has put forward a lot of solutions, strengthen the management of all participate parties, improve the investment environment, clear the market prices, and increase the geological survey and so on. As for the contractor, understand the real engineering background, make choice to choose partners carefully before making the project selection, do not use the low-cost outright bidding blindly, afterwards, read the tender documents and the bid evaluation methods, and with its technological strength, reasonable price are the risks faced by their response to preventive measures.Key words construction project, risk management, the owner, the contractor.1 INTRODUCTION The risk is ubiquitous in the project risk management; project management can be said to some extent. Increasing number of uncertainties due to the rapid changes in the internal and external environment, the project, as well as project group, the types of risks faced by more and more, due to the scale of losses is growing, and these have prompted researchers and the actual emphasis on the risk management of the project management theory and practice. View of the partnership model can maximize the integration of the resources of the construction industry, contribute to innovation, learning and improving efficiency of the relevant organizations 1, it is necessary to establish a partnership-based project risk management mechanism to fully integrate the resources of the project development related parties China Construction industry to effectively enhance the level of risk management.2 RISK IDENTIFICATIONTraditional risk management is often the awareness of risk management, risk management activities into the daily concrete work, through training, implementation of management responsibilities to a staff who all risk management activities and project-specific combined. It is mainly to protect everyone responsible for their work is not unacceptable risk to protect the whole process, and the risk of the entire system is in the acceptable range and control, but it will result in the lack of communication of risk information between staff, especially for some important and complex risk identification, tracking difficult by the decomposition of the work by some staff independent to complete. Seen, the disadvantage of this risk management is that risk-related activities are too scattered, which is likely to cause the lack of overall risk management, systemic and continuity, and the exchange of risk information, risk knowledge sharing difficult 2.3 RISK ASSESSMENT TECHNIQUES 3.1Team of risk management is to have different backgrounds, representing different interests and needs of the staff involved in the risk management of the entire project process, the team of risk management is the management of a global system, emphasizing trust, collaboration, communication and knowledge sharing, team participation attitude towards risk, more full of enthusiasm and initiative.3.2Basic procedureTo clarify the risks which have significant or measurable impacts on projectTo analyze the consequences of the risks occurrenceTo evaluate the severity of the impact caused by the riskTo prioritize risks by calculating risk impact, and then formulate possible improvements or preventive measures.3.3Event tree analysisUsed to illustrate the sequence of the outcome after the occurrence of a selected initial event.Based on inductive logic. Mainly used in consequence analysis3. 33.4 Cause-consequence analysisA blend of fault tree and event tree analysis .Based on both deductive and inductive logic the risk level of the system can be established by calculating probabilities of various consequences with the probabilities of various events 4.4 RISK CONTROLDecision-making stage in the project, the following aspects of the project risk assessment: analysis of the domestic and foreign markets; presented with analysis of the concept of the project; project proposed criteria; project functions; costs; time; value analysis; programs; technology; project site; operation of the project; financial feasibility; capital, operating and financing strategies; project organization; procurement program; social, economic, demographic impact analysis; analysis of the governments macroeconomic policies and rules and regulations; environmental assessment; the constraints conditions for implementation of the project; project preparation requirements. Bidding in the project, the implementation of the operational phase, the need to manage the risk of the following aspects: ability to obtain governmental approvals; land acquisition; contractors selected; contract management; schedule control; 5 Cost Management; quality management; materials and equipment management; safety management; construction site management; cash flow management; information Management; project communication and coordination problems dispute settlement; commissioning; training run employees; transfer of financial and management documents; completion; put into operation.5 CONCLUSIONS The feature of construction determines it as a high-risk industry. Safety management in construction site is of critical importance in terms of its features and current safety management situation. Finding the exact risk factors and bring them under control is the prerequisite for effective prevention of accidents. The control of risky human behavior and unsafe status of materials, the improvement of the working environment and scientific management are the four most important factors to be considered in ensuring safety in production.
