At the same time in the life you need to learn a lot before you come in contact with the knowledge.浅谈自主学习的重要性课堂教学改革和发展的历程,诸如“诱导、启发式教学”、“兴趣教学法”、“素质教育”、“研究性学习”等等,归结起来,无非就是要发挥学生学习的主体作用,挖掘学生自主学习的潜能,从而提高教育教学效果。理论和实践都证明,发挥学生学习的主体作用有非常重要的意义。这给我们改革传统的教学模式,提高教学效益提供了极大的动力。 随着社会的发展,国家教育体制的改革,我们越来越需要培养全面优秀的高素质人才。那种平日只会盲目的搞题海战术的学生在当今社会已经不再需要。只有那些敢学习,会学习的学生才是优秀的。一位学者曾说过“今后的文盲不再是不识字的人,而是那些不会学习的人”,所以在新的世纪,自主学习就显得尤为重要。 一、发挥学生自主学习的重要性 1、发挥学生自主学习,可以有效地提高课堂教学效率。 发挥学生自主学习,在课堂上首先由老师提出问题,让学生有目标的带着问题去看书学习,查找自己所要问题的答案,再在“当堂训练”中去证明和巩固自己所掌握的知识,这就让每一个学生都动起来了,发挥了学生学习的主动性和积极性。例如,在教学上,我们直接在讲授中告诉学生“正方体有6个面”,要求学生背下来,而不去让学生自主验证,这样的记忆是不牢固的。相反让学生自主去检验所得到的记忆会比较深刻。 这一做法的好处就是必须让每一位学生都行动起来,去积极地思考和学习,去分析问题和解决问题,从而使每一位学生在课堂上都学有所得,因而可以使学生得到整体的发展和提高。 2、发挥学生自主学习,可以发展全体学生。 教育的改革和发展要求我们,教育要面向全体学生,发展全体学生。我们现在所面临的状况是,学习自觉的学生,实际上就是学习主动性强的学生,学习成绩上去了,而那些学习自觉性较差的学生,学习不主动的学生,也就成了后进生。我们现在发挥学生学习的主体作用,就是要让每个学生变被动学习为主动学习,并且要让原来的后进生在主动学习的过程中体验成功,从而让他们看到希望和学习的信心。 3、发挥学生自主学习,可以有效地发展学生自身的巨大潜能。 科学家发现,人类贮存在脑内的能力大得惊人,人平常只发挥了极小部分的大脑功能。要是人类能够发挥一大半的大脑功能,那么可以轻易地学会40种语言,背诵整本百科全书,拿12个博士学位。所以,我们千万不能够忽视学生自身所蕴藏的巨大潜能,而是要充分相信学生,要充分发挥学生自主学习作用。 我们以往所走过的教学道路可谓是从“满堂灌”“满堂问”“满堂练”,真是用心良苦,众所周知的原因-没有发挥学生自主学习作用,效果并不理想,学生的学习潜能没有得到真正的发挥。而在课堂上发挥学生自主学习作用,则可以调动每一位学生的学习积极性和主动性,可以有效地发展学生自身的巨大潜能。 he students autonomous learning, can be an effective way to develop the students own great potential.The scientists found that the human brains ability to store in was terrible, people usually only played very small amount of brain function.
