Form N0.04M&E生产工单编码建立及管理作业流程年 月 日制定Planning & Scheduling课作成者 阮住锋1目的Purpose: 确保生产工单能够及时有效的跟踪、管控及关结 (Make sure work orders can track, control，stop and carry-over timely and effectively.) 2范围 Scope适应于公司内所有之生产工单（包括重工工单，试制工单）(This approach is applied to all work orders in KMTC (include rework orders, trial-production orders)3定义 Definition WIP =Working In Process(在制品) MRP=Material Requirements Planning(物料需求计划) 4. 权责Responsibility4.1 生管负责所有生产工单之开立、维护、关闭或结转； (Production controllers are responsible for all work orders issue, maintenance, stop or carry-over;)4.2 仓库、生产依生产工单进行备料、领料及产成品入库。 (Warehouse and business department operate preparation works, acquire works and finished goods are put in storage which are based on work orders;)5. 流程 process Unit Flow Chart -N审核Review计开始Beginning开立工单Open Work Order工单发放Issue Work Order仓库备料、发料工单维护及查核Word Orders Maintenance and Check编码原则拟定Make Encoding Rules编码原则确定Encoding Rules ConfirmY生管&物管Production controller &Material Controller工单关闭/结转Stop/Carry-over Work Order结束Over-6. 内容 content 6.1 生产工单之编码原则（暂依SAP顾问建议 7码定） (Coding Rules Of Work Orders) 6.1.1 生产工单类型定义：1-代表正常工单；2-代表重工工单；3-代表试制工单； (The type definition of work orders: 1-represent normal work order;2-represent rework order;3-represent trial-production order;)6.1.2 生产工单号组成：工单类型定义+六位流水号（如: 1 000001 表示第一张正常生产工单）。 (The component of work order: order type definition+ the six serial number (such as:1 000001 represent the first normal work order)。6.2 生产工单之开立及发放 （Work Order Open& Issue） 6.2.1 生管依运算MRP产生的计划单转换成生产工单或依手工录入创建生产工单，产成品批量返工时需开立重工工单，新产品试制的，需开立试制工单； (Production controller should turn plan order into which is based on mathematical operation or create word order according to manual input ;) 6.2.2 不良品重新投入生产时需手工创建生产工单 ； (When defective products back into production, production controllers need to create a hand-made .6.2.3 生管需提前将生产工单发放给生产及仓库等相关部门，据此进行作业； (Production controllers send to business, warehouse and other relevant departments ahead of schedule which is a proof of operation; ) 6.2.4 仓库依生产工单转出生产领料单，并于生产计划时间提前备料； (Warehouse transfer according to and prepare the work ahead of production plan time;) 6.2.5 生产线依生产计划及生产工单到仓库进行领料生产； (Production line gets the raw materials from warehouse to produce which according to production plan and ;) 6.2.6 跟催并查核各生产工单的料况，确保每一工单能依计划顺利上线生产。 (Follow up and check each 6.3生产工单之维护查询 Maintenance & Query Of Work Order 6.3.1 依生产工单可查询各工单之物料及完工状况，良品、不良品之数量信息； (PMC can enquire the information about each orders raw materials, quantity of qualified products and defective products according to work orders ;)6.3.2 依生产工单可掌握WIP数量并对此进行管控； (PMC can know the quantity of WIP and control it according to work orders ;)6.3.3 依生产工单可追溯物料批次、计划单号等互相稽核查询； (PMC can according to work orders track back raw materials batches and order number for review and check each other.)6.3.4 生管负责生产工单数量的变更之维护及关结； (Production controllers are responsible for maintenance, stop and carry-over of quantity change of work orders; )6.3.5 物管负责生产工单物料需求或变更之维护； (Production controllers are responsible for material requirement of work orders and maintenance of work orders change; ) 6.3.6 可设置不同条件来查询维护工单信息； (PCM can set different criteria to search information about maintenance orders; )6.3.6.1开单之日期区间：查询各期间之工单开立状况； (Date interval of billing: search information about work orders at each intervals; )6.3.6.2交期之日期区间：查询各期间逾期未结、已完结等工单状况； (Date interval of delivery: search information about exceed the time limit orders and finished orders at each intervals; )6.3.6.3生产部门：以生产线来查询、维护工单信息； (Production department: search and maintain work orders information according to production line; )6.3.6.4客户订单别：以客户订单查询投入生产之状况。 （The type of customer orders: search condition of production according to customer orders.）6.4 生产工单之完工管理 Completion Management Of Work Orders 6.4.1跟进并查核各生产工单的产成品入库，生产部门需配合按照先进先出原则跟进工单关结（如，1日001号工单未完5%部分，当2 日其它工单生产相同产品，在入库时需先入齐001号工单未完部分，而不是先入2日其它工单）； (PMC track and review that finished goods of each work order are put into storage, and then production department should abide by the principle of first in first out to follow up work （For example, 1st work order No.001 had 5% didnt finish, when 2st other work order need to produce the same production ,the production need to be put in storage in work order No.001 and then be put in storage other work order.)6.4.2工单正常关闭与非正常关闭：计划数量成品入库满后工单自动关闭，非正常关闭为数量变更或生产不良等其它原因需生管人员手工关闭工单； (Normal close and abnormal close of work order: when production quantities are full storage, the work order will close automatically. Abnormal close which because of change of quantity or production defect needed be closed manually by production controllers. 6.4.3定期检讨逾期未结工单及异常关闭工单并改善； (Review and improve overdue unfinished work order and abnormal close work order at fixed period.)6.4.4月底统计未关结工单并手工结转为新工单，对原工单进行手工关闭； (Calculate not stop and not close work orders at the end of each month, and then turn them
