Its on September the tenth .On that day we students often give flowers as gifts to our teachers to show our thanks. What other special days or festivals do you know?Write the topic Unit2 Section A(1)Step 3:Guessing Show pictures and get the students to guess what festivals they are .They are Spring Festival, Lantern Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-autumn Day, Easter, Easter, Thanksgiving Day) Look at 1a and check the answers to 1a(d ,a ,b, c ).Step 4: Listening 1) Listen to the tape about 1b. 2)Check the answers with the students.(F ,T ,F ,T )Step 5:Practice 1) Talk about the festivals in 1a and finish 1c. Practice “What do you like best? I love .I think that .”2) Make your own conversations in pairs.Step 6:Listening Listen to 2a and finish 2a.The answers are friends, Hong Kong, relatives, Boat Festivals best.
