Ask a few students to read them.Review how to make requests and apologize.Step 3 Lead inLook up the word “etiquette” in the dictionary. What does it mean? Explain it to the students. etiquette: n. 礼节,礼仪In English, it means normal and polite social behavior. Look at a picture and talk about the people in the picture. Bad behaviors: littering on the bus talking loudly on a mobile phone smoking on the bus spitting on the bus talking and laughing loudly on the busAsk the students: What do you think of their behaviors? What should you do?Maybe we can give them some polite suggestions, using “ Would you mind not doing ?” or “ Could you please do?”Step 4 Section 2 (While you read)1. Listen to the tape and talk about the main idea of each paragraph.2.
