5AUnit4Halloween教学设计(第一课时)教材简析:这篇课文是以西方万圣节为背景,讲述Ben 一家为万圣节晚会所做的准备工作。场景一,是在客厅里,Ben一家人讨论万圣节所需要的物品;场景二,是在商店里,购买所需要的物品。重点学习What do you need? I/We need Do you like Yes,I do. /No, I dont.其中 Do you like 句型及其回答在4A中已经出现过,本单元只是复现旧知,进一步巩固。教学目标:1.掌握单词Halloween, need, tomorrow, vase, mask, pumpkin, lantern, horse, change2.能听懂、会读、会说日常交际用语:What (else) do we need? I/ We need .3.能听懂、会读、会说、会写日常交际用语:Do you like ?Yes,I do./No,I dont. What do you like?4.了解西方国家文化,了解万圣节相关的知识。5.进一步培养学生的阅读能力。教学重点:1. 单词Halloween和词组pumpkin lantern的发音。2.掌握句型:What(else) do you need? I /We need. Do you like ? Yes, I do. / No, I dont.3. 万圣节前夕的背景知识。教学难点:1. 掌握句型:What(else) do you need? I /We need. Do you like ? Yes, I do. / No, I dont.2. 进一步培养学生的阅读能力设计理念: 培养学生对英语学科的学习兴趣,是小学阶段的一项重要任务。阅读是提高学生外语学习兴趣、积累语言知识的主要途径。培养兴趣不能仅仅停留在丰富的外在形式上,而应该转向间接兴趣的培养。尤其是高年级,教师更考虑怎样让孩子怎样获得知识、培养技能、积累语言经验,以及让孩子掌握学习方法,提高他们的学习能力。因为对语言本身感兴趣才能更持久“授之以鱼,不如授之以渔”。今天我们开展的一切教学活动应该是为了明天孩子们的自主学习做准备。教师课堂上的教学过程就是对学生的学习方法的训练和学习习惯的培养过程。学生一旦掌握了一定的阅读方法,他们不用老师的帮助就能自主学习,在阅读中进步。作为高年级的学生,能读懂简单的故事和短文并抓住大意,即是新课标中所要求的基本素养,又是学生后续学习之所需。设计思路:学生对西方的万圣节不够了解,所以首先通过简介让学生感受万圣节这一文化氛围,在此过程中学习What(else) do you need? I /We need.句型。然后教师教师呈现与本课相关的一个比较容易把握的问题,便于学生在听的过程中抓住有用信息,通过多媒体课件,让学生整体感知课文内容,将视听教学结合起来。接着,让学生再读课文,给予适当的阅读指导和阅读任务,设计一些有梯度的问题,让学生带着目的去阅读,抓住有用信息。当学生在阅读中找到这些问题时,也就读懂了文章,再通过学生的回答,又提高了学生的语言表达能力。但阅读教学不能停留于此,还要加强朗读指导,让学生听录音模仿读、分角色读、比赛读等等,让孩子会读、爱读,读出语感。教学过程:Step 1 .
