Self-character analysis1. Introduction: This analysis report can let me realize what my characters are and what my advantages and disadvantages are. Then I can change myself and put forward the project which can make myself better. I will tell you what I am interested, what my characters are and the abilities I possess. It can help me know more about myself and let me know what things I lack of. Then I can try to remove bad habits from me and build some good habits.2. Self-analysis 2.1InterestMy occupational interest is Investigative Style. This type is thinker rather than man of action. I have an appetite for knowledge, and I am good at thinking rather than putting into practice. This kind of person has wide range of knowledge, but they are week in leading others. They consider things from every angle, when they are doing something they will pursue accurate and unknown territory.The report shows me that I like instructive、abstract、analytical and independent orientation task. I suit for the scientific researcher、teacher、engineer、computer programmer、doctor and so on.2.2 CharacterI took a MBTI Professional Character Test. It showed that my character style was “ISFJ”. It means I am introverted, sensing, feeling and judging. I could go along with it most of the way, but not entirely. I think I am intuitive style rather than sensing style. I always focus on details and my insight is very strong. When I meet someone I will observe him or her carefully to know what character he or she is. It can help me to communicate them more freely. I am calm、friendly、responsible and cautious. When I work I am not afraid of hardship and I can shoulder the responsibility confirmedly. And I am also loyal、gentle and scrupulous. I always keep track of some tiny things and care for other peoples feelings. I struggle to create an orderly and harmonious working space.The MBTI Professional Character Test shows me that I am loyal and I have dedicated spirit and sympathy so that I can understand other peoples feelings more easily. I often keep myself sober. I am very practical and conscientious and I like the people who are placid and modest. I am fond of making use of many facts. I have a strong memory on the details and I can treat the whole task patiently. I have strong professional ethics, so I will take the responsible for my job if I know my action can affect the job. I will try my best to finish my work. My value is traditional and conservative. I always use practical criteria to make a decision, and through the attitude increase the stability. The ISFJ style people are loyal、gentle and scrupulous. I am temperate and flexible. I am a helpful people and I will try my best to help people. On weekdays，I always concerned about others feelings and I care about details, my feelings are hid deeply in my heart. In fact, I have strong individual reaction in most cases and events. I show solicitude for my friends even devote myself to my real friends, and I have a consciousness to serve others.2.3 AbilityThe Occupational Ability Test includes relationship ability and creative ability. The test shows me that my relationship ability is not so bad. The relationship is about people communicate with other people. Nowadays, everyone needs to communicate, so the relationship ability is important to all of us. My relationship ability is strong, but it is not too perfect. In the daily life, I think my relationship ability is bad, because I am shy and I always do my jobs alone. Through the test, I know this relationship is not only you to others but also others think of you. We need to care about other peoples feelings.Creative ability also is an important ability. I am delight that my creative ability is high. I am fond of imagining and dong something creative. It can let me “stay hungry, stay foolish”. And it can keep me climbing to a higher place. 2.4 ValueMy occupational value belongs to creativity style. This style tells me that I hope to use my own abilities to found a company or create a product (or service) which belongs to me. And I am willing to take a risk and overcome the obstacle. I want to show the world the company is built by myself with my own efforts. I may serve as an employee in one company, but at the meantime, I am learning and finding chance. If I get the chance I will leave the company which I serve and build my own business.2.5 Career GoalsI think that I like a job like researcher or scientist. I can do this job in many places like scientific research institution and University in all levels even in the large enterprises. The environment and the treatment are good, but I need to make great efforts. My colleagues and I will always do some research together. Also the job is a hot job.2.6 How can I do in the job When I graduate from school I must to do a job in the society. I should repay my parents, because they spend most of their time to bring up me. In fact, I want to be a big boss, but when I graduate I will have no experience. So it is hard for me to find a job. When I have a job I have to work in the basic level. I will still study hard every to expend my knowledge which can make me more wise. I think there are many things I need to learn, such as communicative competence and other skills. These skills are of importance since they can make me standout. I should also make full use of my advantages. I thinks I always keep my eyes on details, I can perceive the on of my colleagues.3. My advantages and disadvantages3.1 AdvantagesWhen I am working in a normative, traditional and steady environment, I am be able to provide services and helps for others. I am suitable for the job which has a clear duty and some certain private space. The job need to exquisite and accurate so that I can use my excellent observation ability. The job can let me pay attention to one thing or one person rather than multiple work. Through the jobs, I can gain reorganization, appreciation and encouragement from colleagues and superiors. I always do my job with the standardized workflow and rules. And if my work has not be well prepared I will not show my work to any other people. I am favor of deal with concrete matters relating to work and pursue specific and clear things. I do not like to logical thinking and academic application, but I like to think by myself and collect abundant exterior information. I think I have a great ability. It is I have a good memory on the details, such as the timbre of the sounds or expressions. When I am working I have a strong principle and I respect appoints and maintain tradition. I willing to undertake duties and I in accordance with clear valuation and the information I collect to make a decision. It can let make me use my own impersonal judgment and keen observation ability.3.2DisdvantagesI have highly responsible so that I always sink into the details of daily life, and it also makes me work without end. Everything I will do by myself which will make myself excessive tired. When I have big pressures I will excessive nervous even engender negative mood. Because of my reality and particularity, I will easy to ignore whole situation and the trend of development and change. 4. Scheme of making myself better4.1 SchemeI do not like the daily work which needs to care about details and complicated thinking. I think adventurous and competitive work suitable for the people who need courage and resource and dare to take a risk. I am appropriate for the jobs which can show my management, control and leading abilities, and I also want to realize organization, politics, society and economical goals. I should take the work which communicates with other people constantly rather than needing high requirements.
