汽车电源插孔板注射模具设计
摘要
塑料工业是当今世界上增长最快的工业门类之一,而注塑模具是其中发展较快的种类,其在整个模具行业中约占30%,在未来的模具市场中,塑料模具在模具总量中的比例将逐步提高,发展速度将高于其他模具。因此,研究注塑模具对了解塑料产品的生产过程和提高产品质量有很大的意义。
本设计主要介绍了汽车电源插孔板注射模具的设计过程和零件的加工过程,包括塑件材料分析,塑件的工艺性分析。而塑件的工艺性分析又包括塑件的使用性能、塑件的结构工艺性分析、塑件的尺寸精度分析和塑件的表面质量。还阐述了成型的基本原理,特别是单分型面注射模具的结构与工作原理,对注塑产品提出了基本的设计原则;详细介绍了冷流道注射模具浇注系统、温度调节系统和顶出系统的设计过程,并对模具强度做了说明。此外,还详细地叙述了模具成型零件包括型腔、型芯的加工工艺。
通过本设计,可以对注塑模具有一个初步的认识,注意到设计中的某些细节问题,通过对Pro-E和Auto-CAD的学习,可以建立较简单零件的零件库,从而有效地提高工作效率。

Auto Power Socket Plate Injection Mould Mesign 
ABSTRACT
The development of plastic industry is one of the most rapidly in the modern world, while the injection mold is the one. It takes about 30 percent among the whole mold trade. In the future of mold market, the proportion of the plastic mold will rise gradually, and the speed of its development will also be more quickly than other molds. Therefore, the research of injection mold has a significance meaning to understand the producing process of the plastic product and to improve the quality of the product.
This design mainly introduces the shell of the Cover’s designing process and processing process of the spare parts. Including plastic material analysis and technology analysis. However, the technological analysis of the plastic contains many aspects, such as the usage of the material, the structure analysis, .the size of the precision and the sacrificial quality of the product. Also it elaborates the elementary principle of shaping mold, especially the structure and working principle of the one side injection mold. It introduces the main designing principle of the product in details; it introduces the cold flow channel injection mold’s pouring system, temperature control system and the designing procedure of the go-against system, then is the instruction of the mold’s intensity. In addition, it introduces the spare parts of the shaping mold in details, including the cavity of the mold and the processing technology of the mold core.
From this design, we can have a preliminary understanding of the injection mold and notice some particular problems. Through the study of Pro-E and Auto-CAD, it could help us to establish storehouses of some simple components, thus, to improve the working efficiency effectively.
