Why do you want to see the lions? / Why do you like lions?/Because theyre cute/interesting,进行简单的交际，谈论对动物的喜好及其原因；并且能在各种活动中学会使用形容词来描述动物。听力训练中要求教会学生捕捉特定信息，抓住关键词why, what, because等。3、情感目标：激发学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生主动参与到课堂活动中来，实现自主学习；培养学生关爱、保护动物的意识。二、教学重点：(Teaching important)1、掌握常用动物单词和形容词的读音和书写，达到四会要求。2、能熟练运用句型“Why do you like .s? Because theyre .”谈论对动物的喜好及原因；能用形容词说出简单的描述动物的句子。三、教学难点：(Teaching difficult)Why 和Because 句型的正确使用四、教学方法：(Teaching methods)1、情景交际教学法：充分利用学生已有的知识和经验，创设生活化的真实情境，引导学生在运用中学习语言，然后在学习新的语言知识后创造性地运用语言。2、任务型教学法：设计多种任务活动和游戏，提供给学生合作交流的空间和时间，促使学生为完成任务和同学进行合作，进行探究学习。3、尝试教学法：通过学生自学和小组互助学习进行尝试教学，强调课前预习、课堂讨论和课堂检测。让学生在尝试中学习，在尝试中体验成功。4、多媒体辅助教学法：运用现代化多媒体技术直观形象的学习。五、教具准备：(Teaching tools)多媒体课件，彩色粉笔六、教学过程：(Teaching steps)Step1：arming up(热身活动)1、Greet the students.（师生问好）: T: Good morning, boys and girls.S: Good morning, Miss Zeng 2、Lead-in（导入）Topic：AnimalsinazooShow a picture of zoo to students. Talk about the animals. To create an English environment, the teacher shows the class some pictures of a zoo. And ask some questions about animals:-What do you think of the .?-Its/Theyre so .(cute/smart/lazy/fun/beautiful)Then have them to recall the animals they had learned and write them on the blackboard as he/she can.Step2:Presentation1、Use ppt to present teaching goals（展示教学目标）2、Use ppt to present independent study（展示自主学习要求）3、Check (检查自学情况)Step3 ：Teaching1、Work on 1a : use PPT to show the class some pictures of animals and present other animals.
