budget of setup team CSM is to be sent out for training for 30 days Three CSM s are to be sent out for 10 days Ensure all training includes a full weekend of business In new countries we would like to have an experienced FE manager We would also like to have 3 CSM s sent in to support the store These CSM s should plan to stay for 4 weeks They should arrive 2 weeks prior to opening and stay until 2 taken to the back room 7 半箱或散装箱的商品不能送后仓或拖车 如货架不能存放时就不应开第二箱货 No partials or repacks to be brought to the back room If the entire case won t go up don t put it Up 8 加高层原则 依照当地要求保证商品和灯管及喷淋头的距离合适 only authorized overstock to the back and only after receiving direction on where it goes daily 3 部门经理要处理和安置库存过大商品 Have Department Managers involved with overstock processing and zoning 4 你要确认货架上的分类是否正确 You will be responsible to see that is categorized properly 5 库存过大商品存放原则 Rules of overstock storage 按部门分放 Zone by department 将相似类别放在一起 Zone all like categories together 在包装箱的外面贴上后仓标签 Stick the inventory label on the package of merchandise 不要将商品隐藏 整箱商品存放时要里外一致 Don t hide any items behind the other case 库存过大商品存放区不能存放半箱 重包装和破包装商品 提示 如果不能将商品补完 就 不要开箱 Don t lay any half case repacked and broken package items on the overstock area If you can not fill the shelf please don t open the new entire case 当完成区域工作时 要确认每一分类的商品存放在一起 要保证不用开箱即刻知道箱内的货物 不 能将货架陈列图 标识和标签放于箱内 不能将其他部门的商品混放在一起 不能使任何商品 隐 藏 起来 If you finish your work please make sure the merchandise have been assorted by category Ensure you can know what is in the case without opening the case Don t put the modular sign and label
