Sing an English song.Step 2 Presentation and drill1. T: hello, boys and girls. Nice to see you again! Today is the first day of this new term. Im very happy. So lets go to the park together! ( Paste a picture of park on the blackboard.)2. Show a picture of swing.T: Look! A swing . Do you like it?Write and teach the word: swing.3. Teach the word : slide, bench.4. Show a picture of a barking dog.T: What is the dog doing? It is barking.Write and teach the word: barkT: Dont throw the stones at the dog. Itll bite you.Write down the words: stone, bite. Help students to understand the meaning.5. Show a picture of a dog with a chain.T: The dog always bites the strangers, so the owners the chain.Teach the word: chain.Step 3 Fast reading and listening1. Show the pictures of Part A.T: Look! The children are playing in the park.2. Read Part A fast and answer the question:Why is the dog biting Mingmings foot?3. Listen to Part A and repeat.Step 4 Intensive reading1. Read carefully and complete Part C.2. Check and read Part C.3. Listen to Part A again and repeat.Step 5 Consolidation1. Review Part A, B, C.2.
