Let the students be able to use the new words、phrases and sentence patterns above.2. Let them have the ability to give a weather report in English. Moral objects1. Develop their interest of singing English songs.2. Help them to be able to dress right for the weather.Teaching Key And Difficult PointsIt is important for students to master the new words and sentence patterns.Some of them may feel difficult in reporting the weather. Talk with the students in the following pattern.T :How are you today?Ss:I am fine, thank you.T :What time is it now?Ss:It is 9 Oclock. It is time for English class.T :Yes, Its time for English class.Are you ready?Ss:Yes.Warm up and Lead inPlay the video of weather report.Check their preview.Ask the students to try to be a weather report.Teaching Presentation1.Lets chantPlay the recording of this part. Ask the students to sing after that sentence by sentence.Give them some time to practice singing the song by themselves.Divide them into some groups with four in each one.Lets make a singing contest between the groups. The winner will get a prize from me.Lets learnShow the students a picture of Beijing and the weather there(20,warm).Give them a model reading of the new words.Then They will be required to read after the recording.Meanwhile,Ill give them sentence patterns for the new words practice as following:It is 20.It is warm in Beijing today.Use the same way to teach the other new words.Give them a model weather report below .“Good morning.This is the weather report.It is 20.It is warm in Beijing today.”Give them some time to practice reporting the weather using the pattern above.Check their preparation of the weather report.Lets talkFor the dialogue reading,the students firstly will be given some questions below.Can Mike go outside now? Why? Can he have some soup?Check and correct their answers in a while.Explain the dialogue sentence by sentence.Ask the students to pay attention to the key points as following:Can I go outside now? Yes,you can. No,you cant.Be careful!Play the recording of this dialogue.Ask the students to listen carefully and to read after that.Divide the students into some groups with two in each one.Require the groups to practice using the dialogue.Ill check their preparation in a while.Practice the main sentence pattern above.Summary and homeworkI will summarize the main knowledge points of this lesson.Then I will also evaluate the performance of each group.Their homework will be the new words dictation and the new d
