本单元的中心话题是围绕着“天气”展开的,并由此用现在进行时态来描述人们的即时活动。Section A :一、运用Hows the weather?及描述天气情况的形容词来谈论不同城市的天气状况。二、运用现在进行时来描述人们的即时活动。Section B: 是SectionA的拓展延伸:一、拓展了谈论天气的表达法。二、本单元的主要功能结构:互致问候、谈论天气、询问正在进行的活动以明信片的形式呈现,介绍了撰写明信片的要素,为开放性的写作做了铺垫。本单元学习现在进行时,主要是让学生体会现在进行时和一般现在时的区别。可以让学生思考的问题:1. 两种时态表达的意义有何区别?2. 两种时态常用的时间状语是哪些?3. 两种时态体现在动词上有哪些不同?
